Overall the experience was okay. Don’t expect this to be a quick meal like it is made to seem. We waited over 30 mins for our food for dine-in with little-no crowd. I would expect this from a nicer restaurant. Food was good quality.

Waited at the restaurant for over 30 minutes after my online order was guaranteed to be ready. After waiting early 40 minutes, I decided to take my partial order and get a refund for the food that wasn't received. They took my name and number. I never received a call. Never received a refund. Had to buy food from somewhere else.

Suuuuuch an improvement from my previous experiences I ordered a Kabob combo with steak and shrimp. The steak was well seasoned and tender, shrimp could have been cooked longer but still good. I also ordered a lentil soup which was overall waaay better from previous visits. Not sure if there is a different staff or what, but I really enjoyed my meal and hope they keep up the great work!

The restaurant is NASTY, very poorly maintained. Knats were swarming all over the utensil and napkin station so much so to where I asked for my avocado & roasted corn salad to be packed to go. Upon opening my togo everything appeared fine. Half way through eating it, I noticed they didn't chop my avocado and instead through the whole avocado in the container. It was brown and it still had a sticker on it and my stomach has been hurting for the last hour

If you have all the time in the world , you can come an eat here. No sense of rushing! Is it worth the wait? Not really, the team seems fully staffed but it takes more than 30’ to get our food ready. Ok place . Drive a bit further to another Zoe’s.

Call in a order8:30pm. Got there, an chefs were only one on the front. They never spoke & eventually went to get someone to help me. All the while my meal was sitting on the front end of the counter. 2 mins go by after one of the workers go get someone to the counter. They lackadaisically still don’t come. I just grabbed my meal and walked out. They customer service sucks!!

Food was well prepared. Looked good. Was not quite my cup of tea, but still good. Humas and pita bread was excellent. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Everything was great. The salmon was a bit overcooked and dry, but still very tasty. I'll be going back. (^_^)

I forgot how good this food is. Didn't even know there was one in Pearland. The cashier was really nice and patient because it's been years since I've eaten Zoe kitchen. Ended up getting spicy chicken and steak kabobs with rice and roasted veggies. And this white sauce that was really good.

I don’t think there is 1 time I order a meal and my order wasn’t wrong. I love Zoes food but this location is not so good…From forgetting to put items on my sandwich that’s comes with it (almost every time I have to call and remind them not to forget to add the grilled onions to the spicy sandwich) or changing out the bread to something the order doesn’t normal come with to forgetting drinks etc. when I order for delivery. As I’m writing this I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes already waiting on a customer rep to answer so I can notify them of missing items I didn’t receive with my delivery. It’s very frustrating they don’t get it right. The Baybrook location never messed up my order. I really hope they get a double check system in place to help orders go out correctly.

I absolutely loved my food from Zoes Kitchen. To recap: I had the Spinach Feta Roll Ups with White Beans, Spicy Aioli, Spicy Hummus, Pita, and a Limeade. Everything was magnificently prepared and tasted absolutely delicious. I normally take photos of my food, but I was already halfway finished when I realized I didn't. The visual presentation was very pleasing for a to-go order. Will definitely have to visit more frequently. I was torn between the Spinach Roll Ups and the Spinach Piadinas, so I'll try the Piadinas on my next visit.
