Just got the fish and shrimp platter and no drinks because of a city water issue but still charged us for it. Ask for tartar sauce and lemon juice and was not given any. Dirty rice did not look like the picture was over cooked and clumped up. The coleslaw was ok but tasted a little wilted. Over all the fish and shrimp was on point as always but a little disappointed especially having to pay over $25 getting home and no tartar sauce no cocktail sauce and no refreshment.

Right. I've ordered from here a handful of times. Just about every time, they forget something, whether it's the Lotta Zing sauce, a drink, an order of mashed potatoes or fries or rolls, or the chicken is noticeably old and sad. Is it a lot to ask for gravy or even some damn napkins? I'm glad it's not as bad as the Burger King in Dilley, but there's gotta be some sense of standards.

They never get my order right. Placed an order for 8 grilled leg pieces get a call and was told they only have 6 but they can replace the two with fried leg pieces. Get my order and instead get one grilled wing, a fried wing, 3 fried legs, and 3 grilled legs. Give them a call and they said oh you didn't want wings like no if I did then I wouldn't have purposefully order all legs to begin with!!!!!

Do not go here!!! I sent my daughter to go pick up an order that I placed online. They handed her the wrong order. She knocked on the door to let them know that she received a wrong order. They got the food from her and they locked the door behind them and they all started laughing inside.. Then they we told by a lady that worked there that had tattoos all over her face that I already picked up the order. I had not picked up the order I sent my daughter!!! I called because my daughter said they never came back to the door to fix the order or to refund it. I told the lady that my daughter was outside waiting on our order . I told her that I wanted her to fix it or refund me. I also stated how unprofessional they were being about laughing about us not getting the right order. The lady told me not to talk to her like that, and I said that I wanted her to either fix my food or give me a refund, after all, my order was $46. She said that they were out of everything and she would give me a refund. I still have not received the refund. The caliber of people that work there are very unprofessional and not classy at all.
