Recent new customer, about 4 visits here in the last 2 months. I've tried the catfish, shrimp, tenders and 3 piece fried chicken combo.It has all been good, but outstanding is the fried chicken and okra, and the rolls are maybe the best I've had anywhere (fast food ).Today my chicken order was so fresh and hot that I think it too may be the best overall fried chicken I've ever had.I'm picky about a lot of food, but the short wait here is worth it.
Their tea was spoiled but didnt return it even thought it was four dollars.Their chix didnt seem freshly made an their gravy was so lumpy we just threw it away..I have never complained bout their chix or anything else from here from Golden Chick an was truly disappointed.Thing is we figured it was gonna be fresh since we went through drive up window at 11:50 am.And it was so recently we went by on 5/9/22

Just got the fish and shrimp platter and no drinks because of a city water issue but still charged us for it. Ask for tartar sauce and lemon juice and was not given any. Dirty rice did not look like the picture was over cooked and clumped up. The coleslaw was ok but tasted a little wilted. Over all the fish and shrimp was on point as always but a little disappointed especially having to pay over $25 getting home and no tartar sauce no cocktail sauce and no refreshment.
