Ehhhhh. Patties we're bland, broke apart easily, weird texture..a worker had attitude..was not really paying attention to the customers. Hopefully it was just a bad day but, I like the place, she killed the mood.
Everything is great. I went on a night that was not busy. Ask gentleman behind the bar to get Ranger game on. Immediately he delivered. Went on busy night. Some gentleman is here. He may be the owner. Ask the waitress’ who are very busy pumping out the beer to get the Texas Ranger game on a tv that no one is watching that has diving on…. 2nd time eating here. Wayyyyy above expectations. Very good and under priced for the amount of food and quality

Jr. & Poley’s Spot has a great atmosphere and a fun, laid-back vibe. The staff is friendly, the owners are genuinely good people, and it’s the kind of place that makes Pecos feel like a home away from home. It is always a good spot to relax, eat good food, catch up with friends, and enjoy the environment. The food is great, with El Pastor Tacos, fish, shrimp, okra, fries, a patty melt, and curly fries all mentioned. The bourbon was good, the beer is ice cold in chilled glass, and the cocktails are available. Service was excellent and great, with a 10/10 recommendation for anyone passing through; it is 5 minutes from I-20. One visit had bland patties that broke apart easily with a weird texture, and a worker had attitude and was not really paying attention to the customers, which killed the mood. Another busy Thursday night was pretty loud due to karaoke. On a busy night, little effort was made to get the Texas Ranger game on a tv that no one was watching that has diving on, even though there are 20 TV’s in here and three of them not even on. A suggestion is to devote someone to get the sport viewing to its full potential.
