When it comes to any subway, I've been to a lot. Normal customer service would be to greet with a smile or welcoming greeting to make it feel comfortable right. Don't get me wrong, they do have good food, and they do take the time to get your order right, but a lot of the time, they almost look like they hate their jobs. I feel it to the core, but it would be nice to see one of them smile every once in a while. Like I said, the food is great. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. That would be my only issue.

My wife went into subway. One employee that dislikes my wife for whatever reason started recording my wife trying to hide in the corner and laughing! Immature little kids that are disrespectful never going back to that place she also just threw our soup on the counter. She should be terminated I will be contacting the manager also since they can't answer the phone. But i will leave this bad review just in case nothing happens .Update: I called the manager and he had told me we were not telling the truth so I guess subway employees are allowed to record everyone without any problem manager should Lose his position for not taking action. He actually lied himself saying he was on the cameras all day and didn't see nothing. Sad to say we can't even go to this subway for that reason. Poor management and employees..

Totally horrible. 20 people in line on the weekend and one space cadet working, who was more interested in her phone. If you can't staff it, shut it down!

Arrived late around 10PM to get some gas. The 4 of us were hungry so we went inside the Loves store- there was a Chester's, Subway, and McDonald's. As we walked by Chester's, it was clear that they were closed. However, there was a guy standing behind the counter with a Subway shirt- the subway counter was lit up so I asked him if they were open and pointed to Subway. He said very clearly, "no we're closed." Nothing else was said. Surprised- We moved on to McDonald's. As we left McDonald's, there were five people in line at Subway- guy we spoke to was helping to serving them! I caught his eye and said, "you told us you were closed." Now in front of his coworkers, he said "no, I told you would be open in 15 minutes." He certainly did not. Nothing wrong with my family's hearing. No apologies. He smirked at my 15 year old daughter as we walked by. He's about 5' 9", very large, with curly hair. Manager clearly needs a sit down with this guy.

Was driving to Dallas from el paso. Basically, 2 guys in front of the line, both very demanding. One of them even made the staff literally scoop out the guacamole from a sandwich n put it in another. They didnt loose cool. Very impressed with both the staff n the food

The whole staff is great even at Chester’s but we see one guy working most of the times, Ryan, he’s so kind and nice always even though if he’s working alone, he makes the subs and bowls to the point and so good!!! Appreciate him working here we need staff like him everywhere!!!

Elizabeth G The lady with the Dog Collar and the Red Glasses. She Don't ask what you want she just gives you look "Like what do you want"!!! I asked for Jalapeños in my sub she didn't have any she didn't bother to go get some!!??‍♂️. When people would walk in it would Bother her I don't know why she works there!!!

The usual 2 options for vegetarians - veggie patty & veggie delight, but they no had no veggie patty. The staff was quick to make the sandwich and add the sauces as requested.
