This was a great experience. The place was clean, well maintained and employed hard working staff. The food was good and I enjoyed the experience. All was well, but to note the management seemed to be confused or borderline upset because I was taking photos of the establishment the camera monitor screen specifically that's right over the counter. After a short talk it seemed to be ok but he still doesn't understand why it was important. All is well I hope.
When it comes to any subway, I've been to a lot. Normal customer service would be to greet with a smile or welcoming greeting to make it feel comfortable right. Don't get me wrong, they do have good food, and they do take the time to get your order right, but a lot of the time, they almost look like they hate their jobs. I feel it to the core, but it would be nice to see one of them smile every once in a while. Like I said, the food is great. The atmosphere is quiet...
The whole staff is great even at Chester’s but we see one guy working most of the times, Ryan, he’s so kind and nice always even though if he’s working alone, he makes the subs and bowls to the point and so good!!! Appreciate him working here we need staff like him everywhere!!!
