We were warmly greeted and immediately seated and served our delicious food in a timely manner. The egg drop soup was very good. We also had the fried cheesecake. It was awesome! We will definitely plan to return.

I ordered a small hot and sour soup and Singapore spicy noodles. Service was great, food came out super fast. Food was good, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Definitely a mom and pop feel to the restaurant itself but the food was far better than expected.

The service was really good... Everyone was so attentive and friendly.... The food is so delicious and fulfilling.... Presentation was really pretty... The ambience was really good not too noisy and super comfortable.... Also they were really fast on serving our food and on the right temperature... Prices super reasonable..

Nice Hidden place, the food was really good, the manager/owner was very friendly and the food portions were big. Prices super reasonable, will be back for sure. I tried the Yellow Curry with chicken.

Tried Bamboo Bistro today and really enjoyed the food! The basil fried rice was flavorful, with a nice balance of spices and fresh basil aroma, and Chef's special Jalepeno crispy fried chicken was too good. My daughter enjoyed the steamed Ramen Noodle with soup. The staff William was great, kind, and helpful. He customized the order as per our request. Will visit again.

Had an amazing experience at Bamboo Bistro in Pflugerville! The chef’s special Spicy Mt. Fuji Chicken was bursting with bold, perfectly balanced flavors—spicy, savory, and absolutely amazing.🍱
The ramen was rich, comforting, and had a deliciously silky broth with tender noodles. The presentation was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving unique, flavorful Asian fusion dishes. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their creative menu!
