Then we check the food and they forgot one of the entreesThey gave a 100 excuses that it was a new app's fault the food was ordered on. The manager said that we would have to call the app. They just kept passing the buck.Completely unacceptable that the manager could not get this done in a timely manner. We have always had a good experience and this why we went back. We will NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Excellent Italian food! Sat outside on the patio and had a fantastic lunch. We had lasagna, lobster ravioli, cheese sticks, and salad, and it was all awesome! Definitely recommend!

I called to place an order and the man on the phone was less than enthusiastic. I ordered a shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. Online it said it was $16.95. When I got there, they tell me the price rose close to $20. When I got home, I saw I got chicken instead and I actually had to search for the chicken. So the price goes up and they couldn’t get the order correct. And it wasn’t at all tasty. Threw out most of it!! Very expensive with no satisfaction!!

Mr. Crankypants chewed out his staffers incessantly after a mistake was made on my order. He told me what I ordered wasn't on the menu, when it was clearly on a menu taped right to the counter in front of him. He didn't apologize for the error, even though I was fine waiting for them to remake. He offered me nothing. When one employee tried to apologize, he cut her off and told her to "Take the money". Then he aggressively told me to "Go sit down".I diet 6 days/week and frequently come here for my one treat dinner of the week. I won't be going back! The food is great, but who cares! We're no longer supporting anyone who is so mean to hardworking staffers and more focused on the cash till than being nice to customers.

Really torn about this review, wavered between 3 and 4 stars. I've eaten lunch before and it was sooo good, would've given it 5 stars on that visit. Raved about it to my husband so we returned for dinner tonight. The calamari wasn't bad but the calamari at Olive Garden is better. The rolls were overcooked. My husband's chicken cacciatore was not great, the chicken was bland and it was served with way too much sauce and not enough noodles but the bell peppers and mushrooms were good 2/5 stars. My chicken parm was excellent! The cheese and sauce were perfect and the spaghetti was so good. 5/5 stars ?

I eat here once or twice a month and love all their food I’ve tried. Love the fresh rolls, the shrimp fettuccine, pizza, pasta, allllll of it is great.
The meat ravioli was delicioso! Would def come back next time I'm in the area. So good!

The food is just so bland. Chicken Alfredo tastes like cheap noodles and sauce tossed onto a plate. Same as most of their pasta dishes. The pizza is just grease. You can't taste the toppings or the cheese and the crust taste like cardboard.
