I ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location and it did not disappoint! The process was very smooth, they were flexible and worked with me while I decided what exactly I wanted. I sent them a photo for inspiration and they were able to create a beautiful cake. The ice cream cake was delicious and very affordable, I highly recommend the custom cakes from BR Pville!

The gentleman on the counter had a problem giving an extra spoon over a bill of $28!! Sadly, this new management of Baskin Robbins continues disappointing and has such a cheap attitude! Not coming back here .. I'm(or maybe get an extra spoon from home)

Just cause you have 15 minutes before closing time doesn't mean we have to get your sour attitude. We weren't greeted with a hi, or a welcome. We were greeted with no acknowledgement. Not a how can I help you, just the look on all 4 ladies faces said it all. Then when ordering, the lil lady was like, is that at all. All were cleaning up shop like they was ready to close down early. Don't get mad at us customers coming in 15 minutes before closing time. Ya'll not suppose to clean up anyways till Ya'll are closed. Better customer service next time and maybe smile at your customers not look at us like.....really...

The ice cream was decent, and the cashier was friendly, but the store looks filthy. The floors are extremely dirty, the tables aren’t wiped down, and the ice cream cone cardboard holder has old chocolate all over it. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Great selection of ice cream with a variety of unique and classic flavors. The location is convenient, and they offer a nice sitting area where you can relax and enjoy your treat. It's also a plus that there's a restroom available for customers. Service was friendly and efficient. One of the best places to stop for a sweet treat

it seems to be the ownership got changed.the new guy is so stingy, a nice lady start serve me by 2 out of 3 scoops, I told her thanks for these scoops, then he came flying from the back of the store telling her that he will take care of the rest, then he came and put the 3rd scoop which is barely can be called scoop, I asked him why is that last one is really small compared to the others, he said they all accomplish the total dedicated weight.Makes me feel I am buying diamond.Cheap place with cheap service

Terrible Experience at this store. I was at the store today at 8:40PM and the store will be closed at 9PM but they have locked the main door and after seeing me coming they went to the back of the store and they haven't opened the store until the store is closed.Please don't go to this store.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I LOVE the cotton candy ice cream at Baskin-Robbins and almost always get that flavor. I went in to this location and ordered the same ice cream I have ordered for years. However, the one I got was spoiled. Tasted ROTTEN. Went back in to tell the guy working there. He said that they chilled it so it shouldn't be bad.I asked for either a refund or another scoop. He denied both those things. I PAID FOR ICE CREAM I HAD TO THROW IN THE TRASH!!! I could have gone down to the Walmart, bought a three dollar pint of it for more. But we went in to spend time with family while doing it. Came out with nothing and basically threw away money. The guy working denied that it was rotten, refused to try it, then said I couldn't get a new flavor or my money back. I had my family make sure it wasn't just my taste buds, and they agreed it was ROTTEN. Never going back there. I recommend not going anything unless you want to risk wasting money on bad ice cream because they don't give you a refund for bad ice cream.
