it seems to be the ownership got changed.the new guy is so stingy, a nice lady start serve me by 2 out of 3 scoops, I told her thanks for these scoops, then he came flying from the back of the store telling her that he will take care of the rest, then he came and put the 3rd scoop which is barely can be called scoop, I asked him why is that last one is really small compared to the others, he said they all accomplish the total dedicated weight.Makes me feel I am buying diamond.Cheap place with cheap service

Terrible Experience at this store. I was at the store today at 8:40PM and the store will be closed at 9PM but they have locked the main door and after seeing me coming they went to the back of the store and they haven't opened the store until the store is closed.Please don't go to this store.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I LOVE the cotton candy ice cream at Baskin-Robbins and almost always get that flavor. I went in to this location and ordered the same ice cream I have ordered for years. However, the one I got was spoiled. Tasted ROTTEN. Went back in to tell the guy working there. He said that they chilled it so it shouldn't be bad.I asked for either a refund or another scoop. He denied both those things. I PAID FOR ICE CREAM I HAD TO THROW IN THE TRASH!!! I could have gone down to the Walmart, bought a three dollar pint of it for more. But we went in to spend time with family while doing it. Came out with nothing and basically threw away money. The guy working denied that it was rotten, refused to try it, then said I couldn't get a new flavor or my money back. I had my family make sure it wasn't just my taste buds, and they agreed it was ROTTEN. Never going back there. I recommend not going anything unless you want to risk wasting money on bad ice cream because they don't give you a refund for bad ice cream.

We had worst experience today on this shop.Ordered one scoop of ice cream and politely asked shop guy to split that in to two cups (because I don't want my kid to eat more ice cream)he replied saying he can't do that (very rude manner).We asked for extra cup & spoons he charged for that too which he should not do.His behavior is very rude. We felt come out from that shop immediately.Overall worst experience. Ice creams are very average.

It is with great disappointment that I write this review. My husband and I were frequent customers up until something changed in Management I am assuming. We would come here daily for 2 mocha cappuccino blast with cinnamon on top until we realized the new Management is watering down the coffee mix needed for these drinks. They are adding more milk, less coffee concentration to save a free bucks. We have given numerous chances to make it right, however, if the coffee mix is extremely diluted nothing they do will fix the taste. These drinks are NOT inexpensive neither. They lost 2 great customers that spent minimal $16 per day as a result of greed.
It's Baskin Robbins, so you know what you're getting as far as the ice cream goes. I'm only reviewing to warn you about upcharges.I bought two mini sundaes for my sons. I was asked what topping I wanted, and the kids wanted half m&ms and half gummy bears, with a cherry on top. Seems reasonable. I was charged 5.49 for each sundae, and an extra 6.45 for the toppings. Often a topping is included, but not here.In all, I paid just under $30 for 2 mini sundaes, and the smallest adult sundae. $3.85 was my tip, but still00 $27+ for 3 little sundaes is outrageous, even in these 2023 inflation-ravaged times.

I ordered daiquiri ice and I was charged 5.81 cents. Ok. So they normally have waffle cones and this day they didn't. So upon looking at my lumpy piece of ice cream I seen that it was soooooo small I asked could they make it the right size...with a smug look and sucked teeth the cashier went back to have someone reluctantly fix it. So I tape a bite of the metal infused tasting ice cream to have to retrieve my money back and return the ice cream thus was 10/23 only to find out today dec1st the refund was an additional charge so I'm going by today to get refunded for the terrible ice cream and the additional charge for thier customer non service...I will update...or Nah they enuresis even worthy or at this point to ever return after I get my money
