Coffee was so mid, line wasn’t very long but somehow still took them 35 minutes to get to me. Work location, awful service. Won’t be back.

Repeated that we wanted caramel 4 times and still got vanilla. Drove through is at a 20 degree grade for no good reason, it's a brand new building, then the tablet for tipping is on a super short string they hand you so I had to lean out my window just to hold and use the dumb thing coming from a car.

Ordered a chai latte with extra toppings, and unfortunately was not satisfied with the taste. The chai latte tasted like tap water with milk, which for $20 for 2 drinks and a bagel we were expecting more. Disappointed since we’d been waiting to try this place!

I really liked the service during opening week. Kind staff, very welcoming. However, after opening week I noticed customer service definitely decline. Today, 1/12/26 At around 6:45am I ordered a raspberry white mocha. Experimenting with amount of pumps, I asked the person at drive through how many pumps it comes with, and she said 1.5 . As a former barista myself, I was a little surprised since my our large drinks came with 6 pumps. Anyways, I asked for 4 pumps instead and to add 4 pumps of raspberry: she told me she could only do 3… umm okay I said that was fine ( but it doesn’t make sense for a custom drink) . I get to the window, and I hear the barista just loudly saying “ 4 pumps? Ugh that is too much” and then she repeats it again! I’m hard of hearing, so for me to hear this from my car… she had to be loud. I confront the cashier and ask her if they are talking trash about my drink and she denies it of course, and changes the subject. If I had more time and wasn’t rushing to get to work, I would have definitely asked to speak to their supervisor… because what kind of service are you providing by making customers feel bad about what they order?

I’m human and I get that sometimes you’ll judge a customer’s drink, but have some decency and perhaps wait for no customers to hear you while you’re actively making their drink? Not sure if I even want to go back. I don’t need people judging me at 6am in the morning. Definitely ruined my morning.

Place has been spot on since they opened. They have been excellent just about every morning when I go by. Since they've opened, I myself have been atleast 10 times or so. Customer service has been great. Drinks have been spot on. No complaints. Keep up the good work.

I always give grace to places that recently have opened, but I have recognized some of the workers from the Hutto location that I love! Always sweet and welcoming, very knowledgeable in drinks (I always order a past drink that they can still make and they were still able to make it at the new location) they are very accommodating to what I need/want! Again, it always takes a bit of time to settle into an opening but they are doing a great job so far in my experience 🙌🏻

I am not one to write bad reviews, but this location really lacks social skills issues, customer service, and urgency. The guy taking our order today was very rude, kept cutting me off, and passive aggressive. I get if you cannot hear the customer (me) from the speaker, I am not new to fast food, but solely having me talk to myself at the speaker— while you have a line of cars behind me, is unprofessional. He never asked me repeat the drink I had ordered, I had to be the one to ask if he got it. Mind you, I was waiting for about a minute in silence, so I was the one who took initiative and asked for the reassurance on my drink. He claimed he couldn’t hear me, but why have me wait and waste both our time? Could’ve asked to repeat myself there and then. I had 3 drinks, no customizations or anything, just simply how they come, (either way I have no problem repeating myself) but if I weren’t the one to ask, I’m sure he would’ve just left it as that. He sounded very annoyed and to me I take offense because like everyone else, I’m just ordering drinks, I’m not being rude or anything.

Secondly, the girl working at the window on cashing out the cars was very rude. She again just like the other guy— passive aggressive. I offered to scan the code in the app (which I already had out) to make the interaction easier for her, but she quickly cuts me off and demands me for a phone number. Once she gets to hand me the drinks, she kind of just shoves it into my face. She acted like I was a bother to her and kept mean mugging us, but I never said anything as they seemed to be having a bad day already.

Why do these workers like to make their job harder for themselves? If customer service isn’t your cup of tea and/or you don’t have the skills, maybe don’t work in an environment that plays off of that.

I’ve been to this location a couple times now and it’s very overwhelming everytime. If you ever craze the Black Rock craving, make the drive to the Hutto location which offers more friendly workers and people who actually enjoy doing their jobs.

This location is not ready for prime time. Expect long delays and missing ingredients. I visited noon on a Monday, so definitely not even prime hours. I’ll hold off until this new crew gets their act together.

Came here for the grand opening and got free drinks. Everything from the frozen lemonade, white mocha (hot), hot chocolate and caramel blonde (iced) was delicious. So excited to have a coffee shop right down the street. I got the app and am ready to start building reward points. The grand opening team was very nice and efficient. We made sure to tip them for their great service.
