Outstanding Service & Management at Bombshells Pflugerville ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Had a girls’ night out at Bombshells in Pflugerville off IH-35 while driving back to Tyler, TX. From the start, the host was amazing friendly, welcoming, and even asked about our seating preference before walking us to our table.

The service throughout the night was excellent. Christian, the general manager, was absolutely outstanding. He consistently walked the floor, checked in on tables, and made sure every guest was having a great experience. His attentiveness really stood out and made the evening feel special.

The wings were fresh and delicious, and I really enjoyed my margarita. Between the friendly service, great food, and strong management presence, this was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve had.

I’ll definitely be back keep it up, Bombshells Pflugerville! The supervision and leadership here truly make a difference.

I love dining here! The food is good and the service

Bad service. My wife and I walked in and were ignored right off the bat. The hostess walked away and forgot about us, until another person came and seated us. 20 minutes later of waiting, nobody came to check on us or even passed by. So we left and went to Mas Fajitas, where we were promptly seated and given warm chips and salsa within 60 seconds 🤠

It is a sports bar, but I go during the peak times. The food is always awesome and I’m addicted to the deep-fried cheesecake for dessert and the service is always fantastic. My fiancé and daughters also love the place.

The service here can be hit-or-miss, but tonight felt like a deliberate miss. Maybe I reminded someone of their ex, or just didn’t fit the “preferred customer aesthetic,” but from the moment I sat down, I got the cold shoulder.

Props to the first bartender—she made a great drink and handed me a menu. Then she vanished like a ghost. The second bartender was laser-focused on two guys across the bar while the rest of us became invisible. I finished my $17 cocktail and waited… and waited… no check-in, no follow-up. I finally had to track her down just to pay.

Seventeen bucks and zero service? That’s not high-end—it’s high-horse. Maybe it was a bad night. Maybe solstice brain fog. Or maybe some folks here need a refresher on treating every guest with basic respect—no matter their age or appearance.

The women are gorgeous and the food usually hits—but tonight, the bombshell fizzled. Hard pass until they clean it up.

I was never designated a waiter. After sitting there 10 minutes a waiter finally realized no one has been over to greet me or to take my order. I ordered and received the wrong burger and the waiter took the plate back to the kitchen for them to only take the burger apart and take the items off of the same burger that didn't belong on it and send it right back out. The patties on the burger were nice in size but had absolutely no seasoning on it. This restaurant has a SERIOUS problem with GNATS. I could not even enjoy my food or drinks without swatting a millions times. Management at this establishment is Not good at all. Most importantly, how do you NOT have soap in the soap dispensers in the restroom??? How do your employees wash their hands after utilizing the latrine? THAT IS DISGUSTING! My only advice, is do better. I will NOT be returning.

We have never really enjoyed our experiences at Bombshells and decided to give them one more chance tonight. Despite a few obstacles the restaurant had right before closing, the team really stepped it up to make sure we had a great experience before they closed. Lance went above and beyond. He is very personable and hard working. You can tell

I'm here temporarily for work and it was my First time going to this place. My brother was in town so I brought him as well. Absolutely delicious food and the service was exceptional! The atmosphere was Adult friendly, (depending on how old and mature your kids are) but there was a family eating 2 tables away from us who seemed to frequent this restaurant. Highly recommend the pork chop but no doubt that the rest of the menu is just as good. We'll definitely be back before I leave Austin!!
