I’ve been to this place a couple of times and today was not it. I placed an order online and received a message and email of confirmation for when my order is ready for pick up . Went in whenever it said it was ready and turns out they gave my order to someone else that was from “DoorDash” with the same name as me? I showed them the receipt and they kept saying it was from door dash and that someone else took it.They didn’t even offer a refund or to make it again.Waited 40+ mins for nothing.

Not worth a 45 minute wait! Severely understated for a weekend with a full crowd of waiting customers. Owner needs to find a better way to help with the high demand instead of greeting and standing around! As someone who has worked in rolled ice cream it shouldn't take longer than 5-10 minutes! Owner should hire more help for weekends or simply help with a second cold panel to get orders out.

Ordered Strawberry Nutella and it was just yummmmm, the whole process of making it was so satisfying. I would definitely recommend everyone to atleast try it out once.

I adore this place a lot. It’s mom&pop ran, with massive portions of pretty great tasting rolled ice cream for great prices. A lot of unique Hispanic flavor options that I haven’t seen at other rolled ice cream shops, I really hope they start booming in business soon, this couple deserves

I chose coconut, coffee. I thought it was two flavors. I didn’t know it was mixed coconut with coffee together. If It was coffee with cream maybe it would have tasted better. Didn’t like the shredded coconut much.

Quiet place that was a froyo store as the machines were gone and you can see the rolls made fresh. Seating was plenty for an ice cream shop but area is walkable. Service was quick as I wanted to get in before dessert rush after dinner. No specials for ice cream national day but it was made fresh and topped with chocolate chips. I've cream was solid and I loved it, plenty and not cheap on value. Not a place to stay but plenty to walk around in the area.

This place has the best ice cream! Waiting line was about 35 minutes but kids loved it! It was worth waiting for the rolled iced cream. They tried the oreo with gummy worms ice cream. Prices are decent for the effort and time spent. Recommend it!

Very well maintained nice older couple own the place and there are windows to watch them make the rolled ice cream. Service is great, very nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Ice cream was good but it took over 30 min to get it and the inside is very small and gets cramped fast. You can see them make it but in small windows in the back; seems they either need more staff to push out the orders or faster freezer tables, poor employees don’t deserve the looks and words they are receiving.

Right when you walk into this establishment, it smelled like sewerage. Lady In the front was on the phone. We stayed and got the cookies and cream rolled ice cream bc my daughter wanted it. Otherwise, we would've left bc it smelled so bad. The ice cream rolling was done towards the back through a small window. The older gentleman who was rolling looked like he was miserable. Service could've been better. Won't be returning.
