Starters
Egg Rolls (2 pieces)
Choice of pork (served with fish sauce) or vegetarian (served with vegan sauce)
Spring Rolls (2 pieces)
Rice paper rolls with vermicelli noodles, lettuce, basil and peanut sauce. Choice of traditional (shrimp and pork), charbroiled pork or chicken, or grilled tofu. Substitute charbroiled shrimp for an additional charge.
Chicken Wings (4 pieces)
Choice of asian ranch (dry rub) or Saigon style (sweet and savory, fish sauce based).
Bun Sliders (2 pieces)
Steam buns served with house sauce and topped with cilantro, cucumber, pickled carrots and jalapenos. Choice of pork belly, charbroiled pork or charbroiled chicken. Substitute charbroiled shrimp for an additional charge.

Our house specialty! We are Austin's first pho restaurant to serve Pho Wagyu. We proudly feature locally sourced Wagyu beef (rare steak and brisket) from Ranger Cattle, a ranch located here in Austin, TX.
Hu Tieu Special
A traditional Vietnamese dish served either with or without broth. The dry option features a sauce on the side to mix in with your noodles; the broth option includes pork bone broth. Please note this dish includes small dried shrimp, fried pork rinds, fried shallots and fried garlic.

I really enjoy this spot. The food is delish and the staff is always so sweet. Isaac (I believe that’s her name) is often the server we get and she is a gem. Also the green tai tea is the best!

Broth and Basil has been cemented: the vermicelli with charbroiled beef or short ribs. It’s a consistently delicious and satisfying dish—one good enough that I never felt the need to explore the rest of the menu.

I figured pho was pho, but the Pho Wagyu recently proved me wrong.

This place is definitely going in my top 5 pho places. Its pretty crowded inside but the food is delicious, even better if you eat it there. The pho phenomenal is really phonomenal. Super fun mouth feels and a delicious taste. The chicken pho is good as well. I definitely recommend checking them out especially since theyre so fast.
