Great experience with Cafe Juan! I reached out through their website (about two weeks before pick up date) and was contacted the same day about my inquiry. Every reply was so quick, respectful and friendly! I had never custom ordered a cake before and they made the entire process easy. The cake was delicious as well! When I came to pick it up a young man greeted me at the door very friendly, he noticed there was some bubbles on top of the cake and went back to flatten them out for me without me even saying anything. Definitely will come back for another custom cake!

You are missing out if you have not had your cake made by Chef Juan. We recently had a 3d tequila bottle made. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Not only did it look amazing but it tasted so good. We will definitely be coming back.

Gorgeous cake by Juan @ Cafe 1 - the helpful woman behind the counter carefully helped me figure out the best options, later conversations with Chef Juan narrowed down some decisions. Wonderful flavors, very high-end product taste, beautifully decorated, including some really nice touches - everyone really enjoyed it including the birthday person! This place is now on speed dial for future cakes needs - thank you Chef!

Chef Juan made a cake for our bride. It was exactly what she wanted and the flavor, texture and look were spectacular.

We found Chef Juan from reviews and went to do a tasting with him for our wedding.Immediately we liked him, his presentation and how involved he was with our questions.He also loves his work, you can tell. He takes great pride and it showed from the very first conversation and tasting.The tasting had us trying to figure out what flavors we wanted which was tough.We gave Chef Juan a hand drawn picture and some reference pictures and he made one of THE MOST OUTSTANDING cakes I’ve ever seen or tasted.This cake was Amazing and every single person at the wedding raved and raved about how good the cake was.We didn’t have anything left!Chef Juan, thank you for the Cake and the outstanding personal attention to our wedding cake! You made the wedding truly outstanding, sir!

I can't believe it took me 4 yrs to find this place. Amazing! I ordered a slice of the peanut butter cake and tried a few macaroons and I was blown away by both.

My girlfriends and I were throwing a going away tea party for a close friend, and I took on the sweets for the party. We decided on macaroons and cupcakes. I found this place online and decided to give it a try. Prices were not listed online. I've also never ordered from a bakery before, but this was a special occasion. I ordered 24 macaroons in two flavors ( strawberry and birthday cake)and 10 vanilla cupcakes with a beautiful flower on top. It was $94.00. This shocked me a bit, but again, I don't know if that's normal. Chef Juan was very nice and gave me a few extra vanilla macaroons when I mentioned I may not be able to wait for the party to try one. Lol. They were a hit. Everyone loved them. The frosting on the cupcakes was amazing. First time, I've been able to eat all the frosting on a cupcake.. I would recommend but can't afford to spend that much.

We got a German Chocolate cake for my father in law 67th birthday. Really Impressed with quality and price. Will definitely be ordering all my baked goods from here!

Regrettably, Covid reduced our gathering from 28 to 20 persons. We had the caterer, venue, refreshments but no desert. We tried three pastry shops and Whole Foods. We weren't satisfied. We decided to go online and look at suggestions and Cafe 1 by Chef Juan came up. We had him make a vanilla 12" cake with Italian butter cream frosting. It was just the right desert and was OH SO DELICIOUS. Even my caterer explained that she and obviously this young man are the only two in our area who knew how to do this kind of frosting. I could not recommend Cafe 1 by Chef Juan more highly. Thank you for a superb creation.
