Great experience with Cafe Juan! I reached out through their website (about two weeks before pick up date) and was contacted the same day about my inquiry. Every reply was so quick, respectful and friendly! I had never custom ordered a cake before and they made the entire process easy. The cake was delicious as well! When I came to pick it up a young man greeted me at the door very friendly, he noticed there was some bubbles on top of the cake and went back to flatten them out...
You are missing out if you have not had your cake made by Chef Juan. We recently had a 3d tequila bottle made. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Not only did it look amazing but it tasted so good. We will definitely be coming back.
Gorgeous cake by Juan @ Cafe 1 - the helpful woman behind the counter carefully helped me figure out the best options, later conversations with Chef Juan narrowed down some decisions. Wonderful flavors, very high-end product taste, beautifully decorated, including some really nice touches - everyone really enjoyed it including the birthday person! This place is now on speed dial for future cakes needs - thank you Chef!
