Ridiculous, chris ignored us from the start, forgot who ordered what including drinks with only me and my wife at the table, refused to wipe down the sticky table, forgot to bring my salad before my food, steak was over cooked didn't bother asking how things came out, then after we told him from the beginning we wanted dessert still ignored us and didn't get to even order the dessert smh this place has severely disappointed me and my wife

Tommie our waitress was great. She was friendly and checked on us fequently. We got our food quick and our it was delicious. I had the salmon/shrimp with bourbon sauce and my husband had the full rack of ribs. The portions are big so we both ended up taken food home. I highly recommend Cheddars, (Pflugerville) the food, service and atmosphere is worth it.

I LOVED it here! Even signed up for their online thing, and the servers are always super sweet and lovely. Love the food, the prices, the FREE honey butter croissants, and the atmosphere are all amazing. Idk why they don't have these back in North Carolina near where I used to live!

Reasonably priced, good food and friendly wait staff!! The music was a bit load for talking with friends, but otherwise love the place!!

We ordered To Go for Christmas and JAVI was the one who helped us with our order. The food, the service and price was excellent and we decided to go back for New years eve, again, JAVI was there to help us with our order. I've been going almost every month since then, but today JAVI saved my day, my order was on time, delicious (as always) and his personality and customer service is always the best. Thanks so much JAVI, I hope Cheddar's put you as an example of how the customer should be treated.

Wait staff was horrible. We waited over 45 minutes for my food and then it was 10 minutes till closing. When we finally got it, they forgot our appetizer that I got the Monte Cristo and it was horrible. That's not how you cook a Monte Cristo. I really can't say enough. I'm bad about it. It was a horrible experience for me and my family
jamal was an amazing server!!! i’ve had bad experiences in the past at this location but jamal was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed! i will be back because of him 😊

We went there to celebrate my daughter birthday. The food is amazing. We always order the cookie monster at the end. It’s delicious. Very good prices.
