The food is delicious, the service is first class, but I will never ever forgive them for not making more pastries. I came here for the pastries, the pizzas and the coffee. Those pastries, please come back and make them with guava and cheese, please.

It's great to find a piece of my land in Texas. Restaurant with a cozy, clean and tidy atmosphere. Varied gastronomic offers of Cuban cuisine, good preparation and presentation. Warm and helpful staff. I recommend it

Very bad, after waiting 18 minutes for my order, they gave it to another table and the waitress told me that it wasn't her fault for making a mistake.

The system to order a soon you walk in is a little bit more complicated and make the entrance crowded. The lady was not to service oriented. The food was 3-4 out of 5.
Updated- base on the owner response is clear they can’t understand the concept of services and atmosphere. You can have a place “full os people” but doesn’t mean that’s a good sign. I believe people seating in the table should be ordering in the table and not as soon the walk in and crowd the entrance. As well and the people taking out food should not be mixed with the seating people.
Customer service it have nothing to do with it either, the lady in the front was arrogant with a horrible attitude, even a situation happen when a group of people didn’t follow the line and skipped everyone and ordered and she didn’t seems to care.
If I am going to a place I would feel uncomfortable or maybe witness a argument for someone skipping the line and don’t follow the basic rules do to the horrible organization the restaurant have I will avoid at all cost to go back to this place and even more importan, bring my family.
Please just a little organization and have people customer friendly instead of arrogant and proud attitudes will help with your business. Less arrogant more friendly.

THE food was great. I mean really great. BUT the service lacked big time. The atmosphere was cool.
Ladies were too busy chit chatting with each other. Also they should be better at knowing the menu. Had trouble ordering our meals. We will be back. Kuddos to the kitchen

I give it 4 stars because there are two things that I think should improve, the food was good to a certain point, the meat I ordered tasted like nothing more than lemon, and the salad came dressed, which we all don't like, the correct thing would be to put the products on the table and then add it to taste, otherwise everything was very good, I clarify that the meat that my husband ordered was very good, I highly recommend the ladies, they were very good
I really liked this place, it is beautiful, the pizzas are delicious and the smoothies, the customer service is very good, it really has a taste of Cuba.
