This is the best Chick fil A location I have ever been to by far!!! The manager Spencer ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied and he’s always on his toes helping out. He always greets my daughter and I with a smile as well as the other workers there. Plus they always deliver our food super fast!
The little times I’ve came to this Chick-fil-A it’s been terrible service. It never fails either. It’s always in the drive thur too. Maybe the good reviews are from the service inside but the drive thru is bad each time. Waiting behind 2 cars for over 15/20mins is absurd when the second lane is moving a lot quicker. Maybe you should train your employees better that are helping with the drive thru. Or better yet stop putting newbies in the drive thru.
Your service has gotten absolutely horrible. After waiting almost an hour in line - my husband gets home with an incomplete order. He had to go all the way back to your store. I tried to call for OVER 20 minutes and you won’t answer your phone. You were once the fast food chain with the best customer service but that is no longer the case.
