We picked up a couple meals for dinner. My original chicken sandwich came with cheese… what? Someone had to go out of their way to mess that up. Sauces on the receipt, but no sauce in the bag. What is the literal point if there is no sauce. I’m used to exceptional service from CFA, so this was shocking.

My first meal in Austin and I was greeted by Liz. She noted I was English and asked why I was in Texas? When I said I was visiting for the eclipse, I was introduced to the manager, Cathy, who showed where I could charge my phone. I didn't know what to order and when it came, I was told it was on the house! Cathy gave me a soft toy and sunglasses which had been on promotion. Beautiful, welcoming staff.
My in-laws take my daughter to this location when there isn’t school during the week. It her “favorite place” and there’s usually other kids playing there. Service is great, atmosphere feels local even though it’s a chain. And who complains about their food? lolKid-friendliness: Great place to take the kids when school is out.

Food is still delicious. I only gave it 3 Stars because they are no longer using antibiotic-free chicken (Booo). Customer service is always top notch, and the atmosphere is a 4 because it is still fast food, so it is crowded. Can't go wrong with Chic-fil-A. Also, it didn't use to have that "K". I'm standing by thatVegetarian options: They have saladsDietary restrictions: It is made in peanut oil, but the peanut oil used at Chick-fil-A is 100% refined which removes the peanut protein. On saturday I went to take to eat my kids and play. While they where playing my little girl hit by accident another little girl but my daughter He apologized several times to the girl. The girl went to her father and told him what happened. The girl's father went to complain to a chick fil a employee and told him that my daughter bit and hit the girl. The employee was very upset towards the games and yelled at my daughter and told her that she was going to call the police. My daughter is 8 years old. My daughter is traumatized, crying, thinking that the police are going to come for her. I feel that it is not fair that have a person like that working for a family restaurant and he is yelling at the little children telling them that he is going to call the police. The bad thing is that I already had a tradition for several years of going to breakfast with my mother, my sister-in-law, my nephews and my 2-year-old boy every Monday. I'm not going to go to that chick fil a again or any other location, I'm disappointed.

I was tortured on Chick-fil-As dime as a kid. Conversion therapy is child torture. I say that as someone who went on to be a U.S. Marine. I will never eat Chick-fil-A again. Even if I were paid $1000 per meal. I will not corrupt my morals to eat the devil chicken.

The food was great. But I did order Zesty Buffalo Sauce (3) on the app, but guess what, we got Zero! My son was pretty upset. Especially since he loves Chick-fil-A and I don't get it for him all the time. Also, for the fact that everything is going up in prices. I blame the person with the yellow bandana at the window this morning. (Put on a smile)
