The food was amazing but I wanted to give a huge shout out to our server Eva on 12/13/25. She was attentive, kind, and answered any questions we had with a smile on her face! This girl deserves a raise!!! She definitely brightened our day and made our dinner experience so much better!

This use to be my favorite Chili's but it has gone down hill . Came by today and waited an hour for food and it was wrong .
Didn't wanna mention previous experience but I will. Last week same thing and figured it was a 1 time thing . But now I'm seeing a lot of people waiting to be seated and staff just walking around . No drink refills were offered either.
If mgmt is reading this plz fix the numerous mistakes .

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed
I ordered Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks from Chili’s (Pflugerville location) around 6:30 PM on November 5th. I’ve always loved the taste here, but this time I was shocked to find a hair in my food.
When I showed it to the front desk, they acted very casually and didn’t seem to take it seriously. That kind of response was really disappointing. I hope the management improves food hygiene and trains staff to handle such issues with more care and professionalism.

Tonight I experienced old fashioned customer service! Unfortunately i forgot to get the managers name but it was a male, I explained to him that part of my order was incorrect. Instead of giving me a 10 question quiz he simply listened to what I had to say, let me keep the incorrect order, replaced what was incorrect about the order and threw in a few extra freebies! That's is the true definition of great customer service which so many people and places lack now a days. I really appreciates the kind gesture! Kuddos to the night shift manager!

A huge shout-out to the manager, Jaime Martinez, at the Pflugerville Chili's location. He is amazing! Jaime is super attentive and hospitable, making this large restaurant feel like a cozy, small-town spot. Highly recommend!
