Food was delicious, but the large bag of chips was ridiculous. Bag was about 1/4 full. Disappointed for the price of the chips.

Pretty much the same as any other chipotle.
It’s busy with long lines around dinner time.
Shares a parking lot with five guys, so parking is limited.
FYI- if you do a mobile order, the completed order is NOT on the mobile order rack, it’s behind the counter.

Already complained about last experience where they didn't have any barbacoa and didn't hear back. Yesterday I went again around 9pm and all the meats were dry. I wanted queso and chips and they told me they were out (they close at 11pm so.2 hours still of service )and when I asked about the NEW batch that was sitting behind them they told me they couldn't give me any. This is ridiculous! And I generally enjoy chipotle but not recently. Don't come here!

I purchased a bowl double chicken. The chicken was cold the rice was crunchy as if to be old they did not have anything but red bell peppers no fresh ones at that I asked for a bowl with black beans I get home I absolutely have no black beans the reason is because they're moving too fast and not listening to the customer that is standing right there in front of them you have a general manager that is trying to excuse her workers by saying they are training but yet you are standing at the end of the line I see why you have a three point six overall it is sad that we pay $20.41 and you get the poorest quality of food and the Poor's quality of service

My burrito contents were too big for the wrap and it ended up falling apart and making a mess. If you want the works, get a bowl.

Lastnight I went and picked up my order which had a side of Guac. When I got home I got a spoon and proceeded to scoop my Guac only to have an avocado pit in my Side of Guac container. How did the server who made the pick up order not see this. So disappointed please check your food

I was disappointed with my recent order. The portion was very small, and it seemed like the ingredients were just scattered without any thought. It felt like a little bit of everything, but not enough to feel satisfying. I hope the portion sizes can improve in the future.
This location is THE worst. They never have anything, always out of bean or rice when it's rush hour! They will have one person working and three or four standing around laughing while the line is to the door. I wish there was another location in pflugerville. Spare yourself the stress and chose some place else to eat!

The short Latina that was serving during the night shift on 12/23 was rude. She got upset because I didn’t answer fast enough, but I can’t help it because I have delayed processing(which was made worse because I had just came from a workout & didn’t eat all do so I was drained). She was rolling her eyes & snapped at me because I was trying to order 1 item at a time. I already get anxious talking to people because I have a hard time keeping up when multiple instructions are given at once. I could understand if I was holding her line up, but I was the only one in line at that point. (I could go more into detail, but then my review would be way too long).
Maybe she was just having a bad day because of it being so close to the holidays it’s probably been busy nonstop? Or maybe I did something to make her upset, if so I truly apologize. Or maybe I’m ready into it too much.
All I’m saying is I spend about $100 a week here & never have had problems. It’s no issue to go somewhere else with all the other options at Stone Hill(which is what I did), but I genuinely like Chipotle. Although I am sort of downplaying her actions because I understand what it’s like to work customer service, I do want to let my experience be known. That being said, I’ll give this location a second chance & I’ll give her the benefit of doubt.

Really annoying that they run out of food and don’t want to replace it. Even when it is the middle of the day. You just have to accept not getting the items you want. THEN they do have it on the other end and don’t want to use it. Just weird and the experience is trash. They give small servings and but the price stays the same. Make it make sense.

The employees that serve the food is always whipping their nose and coughing. That is disgusting . They do not need to come to work and be around the food if they are sick. Who wants to be served food when someone is asking” white rice or brown”, then whipping their nose. That is disgusting . Then yall rush people. “Anything else, anything thing else, anything else” just chill and let people get out what they want damn !
