The presentation of my burrito was sloppy placed it online first they forgot my queso and second they didn't wrap my burrito properly. How you wrap a big burrito with one foil and leave the other side not covered? Disappointing chipotle train your employees better..

This location is the cleanest chipotle I’ve been too. I look at the floors where they are preparing food and how the general appearance of the food looks and it was clean. It never fails tho my chips were stale. I ordered small chips to go with my bowl because every time the chips are stale. There was also only one person making the food so there was a wait but finally another employee came to help.

I visited the Chipotle in Pflugerville and had an issue with one of the team members. When I brought it to the manager, Carmen, she handled the situation professionally and with great care. She immediately apologized for her team member’s behavior and made sure everything was corrected right away. Her customer service was excellent and truly made the experience much better. Thank you, Carmen, for your kindness and for taking responsibility — it really shows great leadership. I’ll definitely be returning!

I do not believe i have ever seen this location look clean in the dining area. Quality of the food is good, however the servers are not consistent. Sometimes I receive a beautiful bowl, and Sometimes the bowl looks like the person was mad when they made it.

i place a mobile order to pickup from here, one of the employees she asked the ask name of the order, while i was telling the name she walked away, she asked again im telling but she never listen, she asked again, i showed the name on my phone, she asked again… and she said she cant see and give order like that !?… is she blind or she cant read or hear?
i felt insulted, chipotle should start hiring at-least who went to school, know how to behave and who can maintain some sanity. and no wonder why this place got only 3.6 rating

I came in for a kids meal taco I told the young black guy I wanted meat and cheese in that taco and what my three side were he told me it’s an up charge and I was like wait what? So he put it on the side when I get to the register the young lady said the same thing I was that’s not right the young lady wanted to argue with me and I was like never mind and just paid for my order and left cause then it started to get crowded I never received my baby chips and when I walked away I heard them in the back arguing about it amongst themselves online it reads…. My meat from my bowl was raw. It was steak and it was raw. Maybe they should be more worried about cooking their meat then the portion sizes their employees give train your employees better. They shouldn’t work if they don’t know how to cook meat correctly.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle branch tonight. The lady serving the food was giving very small portions — I literally had to ask her to add more for almost every item. When I politely asked why she was serving such small amounts, she didn’t respond and seemed upset. That’s not the kind of service I expect from Chipotle.
However, I want to mention that one of the male staff members was very kind and professional. He even let me try a small sample of one of the proteins, and when I told him the meat was too spicy for me, he kindly offered to prepare a new bowl with different protein and rice. Unfortunately, he got busy helping other customers, so that lady ended up finishing my order — and that’s when the poor experience happened.
I really appreciated the gentleman’s great service, but overall, the experience with the portioning and attitude of the other staff member was disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Everytime I come here they always seem to be out of one of the protein options. Doesn't matter what time of the day. When asked when to expect more the employees always just respond with puzzled looks between each other and say way later. Don't even get me started on the times I have used online ordering. Which this location always provides no where near the serving of things you would expect. It's so bad I recommend NEVER ordering online from here. Honestly at this point I've just decided to avoid this location in the future and I suggest others do the same.

I can’t believe my wife paid full price in-person for this little amount of food, but she’s not one to push back, and I didn’t happen to be there. I haven’t taken a single bite yet, and this is what I got. A half scoop of rice and about 10 cubes of chicken.
