Everytime I come here they always seem to be out of one of the protein options. Doesn't matter what time of the day. When asked when to expect more the employees always just respond with puzzled looks between each other and say way later. Don't even get me started on the times I have used online ordering. Which this location always provides no where near the serving of things you would expect. It's so bad I recommend NEVER ordering online from here. Honestly at this point I've just decided to avoid this location in the future and I suggest others do the same.

I can’t believe my wife paid full price in-person for this little amount of food, but she’s not one to push back, and I didn’t happen to be there. I haven’t taken a single bite yet, and this is what I got. A half scoop of rice and about 10 cubes of chicken.

Ask for pinto get black ask for queso on the chicken burrito you get it on the steak. Not that I’d make a deal out of it but given the cost it would be nice if the person making it would listen to the words coming out of your mouth!

It’s the best chipotle’s in all Austin locations , I’ve tried basically all locations food quality wasn’t good at all. It’s either cold or has some weird taste or smells or gives me some stomach aches. Pflugerville Chipotle location is the best place ever.
The food quantity has been underwhelming since almost an year and the pricing is higher than other chipotles in the area(round rock). I just go here because the other ones are far for me. At my last visit they charged an extra $3.85 for putting the chicken in the box instead of inside the quesadilla on the kids meal (meal is $5), nearly a 80% markup. Never had this experience in any location. Seems like a greedy owner. I am a huge fan of chipotle and used to eat here very often before this location started degrading.

Pretty much the same as any other chipotle. It’s busy with long lines around dinner time. Shares a parking lot with five guys, so parking is limited.
FYI- if you do a mobile order, the completed order is NOT on the mobile order rack, it’s behind the counter.

Already complained about last experience where they didn't have any barbacoa and didn't hear back. Yesterday I went again around 9pm and all the meats were dry. I wanted queso and chips and they told me they were out (they close at 11pm so.2 hours still of service )and when I asked about the NEW batch that was sitting behind them they told me they couldn't give me any. This is ridiculous! And I generally enjoy chipotle but not recently. Don't come here!

I purchased a bowl double chicken. The chicken was cold the rice was crunchy as if to be old they did not have anything but red bell peppers no fresh ones at that I asked for a bowl with black beans I get home I absolutely have no black beans the reason is because they're moving too fast and not listening to the customer that is standing right there in front of them you have a general manager that is trying to excuse her workers by saying they are training but yet you are standing at the end of the line I see why you have a three point six overall it is sad that we pay $20.41 and you get the poorest quality of food and the Poor's quality of service
