Very authentic bun thit nuong cha gio.
My only complaint is somehow, the noodles are a bit oily. The fish sauce isn’t as sweet as others.
The pork was seasoned very well, like your normal Vietnamese grilled pork.
Service was quick. We waited about 10 minutes to get our order after paying.

Food is very tasty and authentic! Service is prompt and courteous. It’s hard to find a place here in Austin that sells broken rice dish with actual broken rice grain. Most places use just regular rice. The meat was marinated in a Southern Vietnam way, kind of sweet but plenty of unami. The pork skin tasted nice and fresh. My husband and I ordered 2 plates of broken rice and ended up paying around $30. You do get a pretty decent portion for the price. 5 stars and will for sure...
