well it's 2024 .. and my first new year's resolution is to stop shopping at the Pflugerville Costco ... when they opened they were awesome...now I don't even like to go there at all .... So ... I'm done... out dated food.. damaged boxes on shelves .. empty boxes in the floor ... finding assistance is almost nonexistent and lastly..somehow or another some of the employees think they are doing you a favor for shopping there... it amazing how many customers and how much money that store profits each day..so. ..since they don't feel the need to respect customers.... I will no longer be one...

Costco's great! Tons of stuff. Lots of people. Big parking spaces. The most unleaded of all unleaded gasses. Would totally come back on a weekly basis and spend too much money.

I made a BBB complaint against the business and particularly for Cladia and Loyld in customer service. Good luck... Cancelling my membership. Waiting my complaint to be resolved. Last time at Costco.

Love that we have a Costco on this side that is easier to access. We buy certain items in bulk and find ourselves here weekly. Definitely helps me save money to buy in bulk. I have to make a trip this week to pick up laundry detergent. It's clean and organized. Thank you!I definitely get sucked into the impulse buys. They have a solid return policy so I don't feel so bad knowing I will be stuck with junk.I recently saw that they offer a roast beef sandwich so I had to try it. I don't know why in my mind I was picturing a warm roast beef sandwich, but this one is a cold one. It was good. I didn't think it came it with a "dressing" but there was a wet looking dressing that was tangy. I will drink just to the chicken bake or when they offer the chili again.

Honestly I thought the whole experience was subpar, the employees were rude, there are huge lines for everything, inflation definitely hit the food court from the last time I was there almost 4 years ago, gotta show card for everything, and only takes certain major credit cards, I think my VISA went through and my MasterCard didn't. I went in as a guest of a member, can't see myself paying for membership unless I'm a small business owner needing to buy in bulk.

Horrible experience at this location. Deteriorating customer service recently. Racial profiling and discrimination are very common. Customers are usually being mistreated. They treat you like a criminal especially you are a minority. This middle aged white woman refused to offer any help to find you a satisfactory solution when I had being mistreated by a front end employee Matthew. They run like little clique bullying people without anyone staying neutral to mediate the situation. Particular bad experience with front end employee named Matthew for giving me special treatment and took my card away from me and refused to give me back my card per my initial request
Costco is my favorite store. I have been a member since 1999 when I lived in Wa. Every employee I have ever encountered has been so kind and helpful. When I had problems trying to fill up my tires , I asked one of the gentleman to help. They quickly assisted me and showed me how to do it. When I had problems with my gas can the gentleman filled my can up for me . The store is always clean and well stocked. Sometimes I find this store doesn't carry everything I find at the one on Research so I have been alternating between the two. The prices on the produce are great. When they send the flyer out, I always try some new products when they are on sale and have loved most of them. I wasn't too pleased with the japchee but that is rarity for me. I always buy my vitamins/meds when on sale which they put on quite often. Stock up on liquid IV when on sale for the crazy humid days we've been having. I even buy my dogs heart worm meds at the pharmacy. I get my immunizations here and have been very pleased with the pharmacy staff. I will be back very soon. Love this store Parking very easy and gas prices the best Went back and now they carry the chicken pesto lasagna and the beef and lamb for gyros. Thank you Costco!

I have been loyal Costco shopper for a while but this Costco experience has been the worst of all of my life. I have never met obnoxious and loud employee/manger ever in my life. If I could I would give this Costco negative star. I went for replacement of costco card and my sister was carrying my bag and I told her to keep inside my bag and she made really big deal out of it. I would rather take my business somewhere else.

I have bought my wife flowers for over 30 years and the ones I get from Costco always bloom longer and larger than grocery store flowers every time. They are also 18 for the price of 12 in the grocery floral section. If you have special occasion or just any time, make this place your flower stop.

Then let's add the fact that nobody told me until I was checking out and was unable to checkout because ALL I HAD WAS MASTERCARD!!! Are you kidding me??? WHO DOESNT TAKE MASTERCARD????? I WANT A REFUND!!!!! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!! Mediocre selection at best!! The staff acts like they're god or something and you should cherish the ground they walk on! What a joke!
