These donuts are truly a hidden gem. They’re incredibly fluffy and airy, with just the right amount of natural sweetness—no heavy glaze or artificial sugar overload. Even the chocolate coating is perfectly balanced, adding richness without drowning the donut.
They’re never oily, never fried in old grease, and you can tell there’s real care in every batch. The flavors stand on their own, and the owners are just as delightful as the donuts. Highly recommend.

NOTHING IS FRESH. The owners buy and resell all their products from Sam’s club/Costco. I know because i’ve seen it with my own eyes. The muffins, pastries, etc! Do yourself a favor and get a membership 6 muffins for $4 rather than one for $4 - but be careful the owner might double charge you if and when they feel like it done they are very stingy. If you don’t give her tip she will charge you with every little thing imaginable. Don’t even know how they are still in business. Be careful they might resell you old used food since all they care about is profit. Yikes!

This place is awesome. Their vanilla bean smoothie was delicious! I had the jalapeño sausage croissant - it was perfect, not heavy but filling. We bought 7 items plus the $6 smoothie and paid $21 which I think is very affordable. We will definitely make this a regular stop.
Update: we recently moved to Hutto from Pflugerville, and we will still always choose this shop for our donut/Kolache needs! And don’t forget that Vanilla Bean smoothie!
