I order cookies for kids bday party, we collected orders ahead for allergies. They gave us wrong order and smooshed cookies but we had already driven 60 miles away to party before noticing. We had to buy another local option for party. I called them same day and they told me to send pics - I did immediately. I never heard back. I called them 3 times and emailed again. I called corporate. They literally don’t care and never have a manager, Christina at that store. It’s so frustrating. These are franchise stores I would use one in cedar park never had a problem there. Day 16 and still no resolution. If I were franchise owner I would be embarrassed.

This is my first time at Crumbl Cookie and the cookies were so good that I thought to go to Crumbl every time. Their place is clean nice workers, nice cookies and nice service.

very odd that a cookie that they have in store posted on all the info and even an example at the register (FYI no mention or posting that it is an on-line only cookie posted any where), will not be sold when ordered in person at the register - stating that there are not enough left for in person orders, but i can step aside and order on line instead to get the exact same cookie when they full well know that internet sucks in stonehill

This location is awful. Not sure how it has 4.8 stars. I live in Dallas however we were having Thanksgiving at my mom’s who lives in Pflugerville so i ordered 2 dozen pies. I tried the pies already when i was home in Dallas and they were amazing. I don’t know if it was because they were busy with thanksgiving orders or what but from the customer service to the quality of the pies everything was terrible. I literally threw away a dozen pecan pies because no one wanted to eat them. They were foamy. So disappointed
