2 cars in front of us, saw them receive drinks and ice cream but waited about 25 min to move up. The car in front of of us left tired of waiting. We knew their order because they tried to give it to us, ice cream order only. We ordered ice cream blizzards tried to give us smaller sizes. So we had to wait longer for them to correct it. Close to 40 mins., + ! Needless to say drive thru line was backed up 8 cars and not fast. Sad Sad Sad ?

Stopped inside on Sunday around lunchtime because the drive thru was taking forever. We ordered a spicy chicken strip basket and steak finger basket. When we got back to the car headed on our way we saw I didn't get the spicy chicken but regular, the chicken had a horrible twang to it like it was cooked in old grease, the steak was the same. The toast wasn't buttered or toasted.
Bathrooms were disgusting, inside definitely dirty, floor drains with no covers.
We frequent DQ all over and this was the nastiest location, worse than Temple Tx.
Food tossed! Will never eat here again

Wow!! I have to say Tay and Mike are FABULOUS at their jobs!! As a small business owner, I am well aware of how difficult it has become to find outgoing persons to fill customer service positions. These two are Phenomenal examples!
For ANY business owner who has become blinded into accepting mediocre performances from their employees as the norm, I recommend going to lunch at Dairy Quees and watching Tay and Mike! They interact with customers and serve them in a way that even bests most traditional wait staff. Friendly, energetic, and they TRULY CARE that you enjoy your experience at Dairy Queen.
Whoever the owner of this location is, you have found a prize in these two! Film them to demonstrate for other franchises. Give them a huge bonus. Heck, get them on TV. They represent your business extremely WELL!!

I would give 0 stars if i could. Charged me almost 2$ for each chicken strip. No gravy unless I paid more. Chicken was tiny and over cooked. Woman at the window was not friendly or courteous. Will never go back and suggest no one else visit this store till they improve by alot. Other DQs I have been to were nice friendly and helpful. Come on get your act together.
