Always short staffed. Three times in the last month, either they did not have enough workers to take orders, or closed completely during normal operating hours. Very slow service in the drive through window. Often, short of certain foods. The Management needs professional upgrading, for sure.

employee at register had earbuds in and could barely hear us when we were giving him our order and was super unfocused. We ordered 2 blizzards and some onion rings, a burger, and some tacos, they forgot the blizzards after we payed and told us they were out of ice cream.

We went to get blizzards and went to the drive thru and were told they were too busy and weren’t taking any more orders. It was 7pm on a Saturday and the parking lot had maybe 6 cars in it and 2 cars in front of us in the drive thru

I just recently went to the DQ within the last hour. Drove about 15 min because I wanted the nachos deluxe. I get my food, drove home & they were stale. No problem, I go back up there to let them know. The gentleman comes out with a new one and said “my manager said if it’s stale again this time, there’s nothing we can do & you just have to keep it”. No apology or solution. Just keep it. Yes, they are stale. Now I will be trashing both the nachos received. On top of that, when they gave me the bag it’s cheese all throughout the bag everywhere. Overall just rude for no reason and not helpful. I was kind and didn’t give attitude whatsoever. Honestly they need a lesson in customer service and how to talk to customers.

Their system always seems need to be reset or is on the fritz and their blizzard machine is almost always broken. There was a piece of a plastic bag fried in with my steak finger once.

We decided to go inside, because the drive-through was so busy. Inside was completely dirty. There was not one table that was cleaned. The floor was super sticky. The manager seemed like a nice guy and had good customer service skills. However, as he came out to check on how everybody was doing, I can’t understand how he couldn’t grab a rag and clean off some of the tables. It was pretty disgusting.

I've been going to Dairy Queen my whole life. First time in almost 40 years I got a SOUR Blizzard. Almost threw up and immediately threw it away. I wish Zero Stars was an option. This is hands down the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. Terrible service, disgusting food terrible atmosphere.STAY AWAY AS IF IT HAD THE PLAGUE.

Took 20 mins for them to make 8 chicken strips. Had us wait in the drive-thru for 6 mins before taking our order. We get to the window, they gave us the wrong drink and tell us to pull up to wait. We sat for 15 minutes before getting free ice cream. This place is extremely slow and understaffed.they need help BAD.

Not a good visit at all. Short staffed in my opinion or just don't give a dam. My son and i only order blizzards and dam near took at least over 30 mintues to not receive it. Customers that were behind us and beyond got there food faster before i had to go back up to the counter and ask where was are order. Manager stop the clerk who took my order to take care of us. I go back to my table and still had to wait and saw other get there food. i decided to go backup to the manager and ask for my money back. I said we have been here to dam long. Please, reimburse me my money. Poor customer service or lack thereof. Will not return to this location ever again.

Ordered though the DQ app . Ready by 7:32 pm drove there by 7:40 pm . Looked like it was closed . Tried to get our food the Manager said they closed at 8 pm and said we couldn’t get our food even tho it was 7:40 pm ? Said under new management and said call customer service to get our money back . Had to drive another 22 mins to reorder our food at a different location . Won’t be going back .
