one of my favorite boba places, so yum!

First time there, wanted to like it but 75% ice
For a premium cost drink and the machine forces you to tip. Only options are 10%-20%+ and had to ask how to skip tip which was awkward. Wasn’t trying to be rude, just don’t feel like everything requires a tip. They were nice enough but def weren’t happy about that then when we thanked them they ignored us.

I got a soursop green tea and the drink is good but I don’t care for the stringy bits of soursop pulp mixed in with my lychee jelly. They had 2 customers and were working on a few drinks when I came in and I looked at the menu but I wasn’t greeted and neither barista looked up to say they’ll be with me or ask for my order. Even when one came to the register, I had to ask if I needed to place my order on the kiosk or if they would take my order. 3-4 small groups came in after me and left before me and only after my fiancé came inside and asked me (not them) what was taking so long did I hear one whisper to the other to make my drink. The drink before it was poured in the cup was pretty small and they just filled it with ice to the top.

The Round Rock location feels very dirty and uncared for. The staff is not friendly and hallway to the bathroom, and the bathroom itself, looks like it’s never been cleaned. The tea itself is fine, but unfortunately it is not a place I will return to. There are many other options around the area that are much more appealing and just as good, if not better.

My daughter and I came here and had some milk tea. It was great! Tons of options and a great choice in my opinion

This place was very expensive for a poor product. I'm never going back to this place again. The drinks were watered down and not good at all. I would not recommend this.

Great boba milk tea. I’ve tried signature, taro and creme brûlée bobo milk tea. All were good. I recommend getting 75% sweet and ask for less ice. Staff are friendly and give you recommendations if you’re not sure what to try. Tapioca (boba) are golden and mini.

The older female always water the drinks down. The two younger men always make excellent, flavorful drinks. I will never buy anything from that shop again if the older female lady is there because she waters the drinks down every time. I don't know if she only does it to certain people or she does it to everyone. But she does it to us every time. The drinks have very little flavor when she makes them. So never again, we will go else where if she is there.

i went here the other other week only got around to making my review now and they had this silly touch screen order machine and i would have liked it if it wasn’t unbearably slow and kept glitching. The boba was okay, the wait time was very slow why would you only hire 2 workers they so overworked

We used to visit this place frequently, but we haven't in a while. One of the main reasons is that the quality of the drinks has declined. Many times, the cane juice is unavailable, which seems to be out of stock all the time. In the past, when I requested the drink without ice to share with others, they wanted to charge an extra $2 for that. It's unreasonable to pay $10 for a small cup of cane sugar when the drinks are excessively filled with ice, leaving very little actual beverage. This has happened on multiple occasions, leading me to stop going.

A friend mentioned that prices have increased, making her visits less frequent, and the decor has changed, creating a cold and uninviting atmosphere. I used to enjoy the wings painted on the wall, as they provided a nice backdrop for photos of my son growing up. Now, when you walk in, there's a large table in the entrance instead of a waiting area, which makes it very uncomfortable. Cleanliness is also an issue. The white tables make dirt and clutter more visible.

Customer service has always been lacking here. You're not greeted warmly; it feels like the staff is just there to collect a paycheck rather than to welcome customers or engage in conversation.

When ordering drinks, the process can be frustrating. Even with everything entered into the system, including specific instructions like wanting light ice or less sugar, it took around 12 minutes to receive our drinks this past Saturday. This is an excessively long wait. Additionally, I noticed that when dealing with multiple drinks, food, and money, the lids are handled and touched with bare hands, especially where your mouth might touch the lid, doesn't seem sanitary. The drinks are often filled to the brim with ice, despite requests for less. Even when I choose a 50% sweetness level, the drinks taste overwhelmingly sweet.

Another issue is the absence/change of boba straws; they now use regular straws, and I was shocked to find that the boba was crushed, which defeats the purpose of ordering boba tea. One of the coffee drinks I ordered was finished quickly, primarily because it was mostly ice. If I'm paying $7 for a drink (plus tip), I expect more than just ice. The ride from the restaurant to our home is less than 5 minutes, and that’s how long it took me to finish the drink—much less time than it took them to make it.
While I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, this place still lacks adequate customer service and fails to deliver on drink quality based on our selections. After this last visit, we believe it will be our last. There are plenty of other places where the service and drink quality are better.

I had the mango boba with tajin - 10/10! Cute sitting space inside too.

Service could be improved. I think it’s just swamped.
Wait times are crazy. Even when I order online for pick up, def have waited 20-30 min.

Delivery from here is faster!

The tea here was not good. Maybe should have gotten a fruity drink. But the teas were very old tasting and bitter burnt flavor. Prob wouldnt return here. Also a bit pricey for what it was.

I ordered the classic milk tea with light ice (they charge extra for no ice), but the drink was full of ice. The price is not worth it! Would not go again
