Domino's Pizza

They asked me to wait for 45 mins while my order was sitting right on the shelf. Very incompetent stuff at work.

No wonder this place only has 3.1 stars. I’m usually not the one to leave bad reviews but
man, hands down the most disgraceful excuse for customer service I have ever dealt with — and that’s saying something. I walked in and was met with pure indifference. This short Asian girl with straight dark hair at the counter stood there glued to the screen like a statue, refusing to acknowledge my existence. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. Just cold, dismissive silence. Super disrespectful.

It was so blatantly rude that the manager had to ask someone else to help me. And even then, that employee tried to claim that the girl who was actively ignoring me was “helping” — as she stood there staring at the screen. The level of incompetence and disrespect in that moment was unbelievable.

Eventually a third employee came out just to provide the basic service that should’ve been handled the first time. The whole experience was an embarrassing display of how not to run a business.

This location is a joke. I wouldn’t step foot back in there if the food were free.

Domino’s was a great experience. When our latenight cravings hit, it was the perfect choice. The staff was super helpful, the food tasted amazing, and it’s a real savior for vegetarians.

Ordered Pepperoni, half bacon, half Italian sausage, onions, bell peppers, and half mushrooms! Received medium pizza with 6 pepperoni slices, 4 each italian sausage, sprinkle of bacon. Paid over $25 medium pizza with small amount of meats toppings. Paid extra for veggies and very little veggies on pizza. Male employee Ripped me off and Stole money from me. Store at Stonehill in Pflugerville TX.

I was planning on going to another pizza chain near the house, but this Dominos is next door to smoothie king. So I placed an order online. Picked up order and the order was wrong, also there’s no browning. It looks like there are rushing the cook time and no sauce. I feel like the food is basically raw. There remade my order just to receive a mess!! I will not order another pizza here again!!!

We love dominos but have continually been disappointed by this location. The first time I tried picking up carside and no one came out. I waited over 30 min after my pizza was ready and also people saw me but never checked on me. Complained and manager called saying they were having computer issues and they would put a credit on my account to give them another chance. Tried again a week or 2 later and this time an oven was out so had to wait despite walking in. And also no credit on my account. I get that some things can be out of their control but this location seems to have so many issues.

Ordered curbside since I have two babies in the car and it’s 100 outside. I waited about 10 minutes nobody brought my pizza, so I decided to go inside.the employees were just laughing and standing around while I was waiting for my order! Then come to find out that they handed out my order wrong to the wrong “Emily” my name is Emmie, how do you get that confused? Then someone comes in with my two pizzas saying their order was wrong also, (turns out that was my order) and the cashier tried to give me pizza that someone else already left the store with! LOL what? I said no I’m not taking pizza that someone else left the store with. And she said she could remake it and I said no. I had already waited a long time already. I asked for a refund and she didn’t even apologize for her error. Never ever coming back here.
I’ll just get Pizza Hut from now.
