I'm so perplexed with this establishment. Is it a night club or a restaurant?! I came in Sunday with family members after brunch. Absolutely atrocious service. The hostess didn't even acknowledge our presence, we had to find our own seat only to find out that "section" wasn't for people who wanted to order. Moved to the bar area and after 15min of watching the bartender text and take pictures, we were about to get someone else's attention. Icing on the cake... she informed us that there was an hour & half to 2hr wait for food! How do y'all change locations to a bigger building but still have bad service? Even longer wait times, more staffing, & zero professionalism? Take the food out & just call it a club! Don't go looking to eat at a place with "Eats" in the title.

They had us wait 30 mins to put in our order, and then told us it would be 45 mins to get our seafood boil out because kitchen was busy. Poor customer service, would not recommend!

We got the Seafood Mac and Cheese and the Gumbo. They were both amazing. The mac and cheese was so creamy and the seafood was cooked to perfection. The service was great too, we came for dinner and the music and vibes after were also great. I can’t wait to return for Brunch or whenever I want a seafood boil

Went here for the first time and it was like walking into a family gathering. They make you feel so welcomed! The food was phenomenal 10/10 would recommend checking this place out!

This place came highly recommended for its food and atmosphere, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype for me. We waited 15 minutes for our server to arrive after being seated. While she had a great and fun personality, she was not very attentive. I even noticed two tables walk out after waiting without being served or greeted.
The food was decent, but only one person at our table received their entrée. The manager came around and was very professional; however, even after we informed him that some of our food was missing, it took another 10 to 15 minutes for it to arrive, and when it did, it was cold.
There was another server who took great care of us, even though she was not our designated server. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that gratuity is automatically included, regardless of party size. I don’t mind tipping, but in this case, the service did not warrant automatic gratuity.

I came with my family to taste something different, but this was my first visit and my last one. My shrimp plate had no flavor. It was like shirmps with water, salt, and pepper, or i dont know. Also, they were no fresh. I don't recommend it...

I have been here multiple times as the food and vibe are usually always on point!! The one bad experience that we had wasn't enough to keep us away though!!
We had an experience that wasn't really that good as our waitress continuously forgot about us and didn't check in with us. We constantly had to flag down other employees just to get service. We also received one of our entrées and it was cold. I was disappointed and refused to eat after our food was reheated in a microwave for the food to be cooked or made to order.
Parking: Parking around the restaurant is scarce as there are many establishments around this location.
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly as there is no kids menu, but kids are welcome.
