I loved it. I’m from Wisconsin and I was visiting family and I need my daily coffee and I wanted to see what the hype was and I don’t regret it. If I had one in Wisconsin believe me I would go to Dutch Bros all the time. I’m going back to Texas this weekend and believe me once I’m off the plane my first visit will be to Dutch Bros for my golden eagle fix 😁😉

Today I went to Dutch Bros and I ordered an iced peach tea and the barista said “green or black?” It was my first time ordering tea at Dutch Bros so I assumed she didn’t hear me say peach so I said it again “peach”, the barista replied “green or black” with her raising her voice and a attitude. That barista did not have good customer service. Anyways Dutch Bros hiring managers need to do better on who they hire.

I was just at the dutch bros off of wells branch I had ordered 2 drinks nothing to special just something off the menu with no add ons. And the bigger women with blue hair took my order and i used my card to tap and doe some reason didn’t show me the screen to tip and when she turned around i saw her put a 2$ tip. Not saying that hurts me or anything but i think it would be more appropriate for the customer to choose the tip especially if I believe the service was not top tier.
