The worst wait time. You should not have online orders and insitu in the same drive through. Absolute waste of time if I order ahead and yet have to be in line for 20 mins! How did this never get reviewed internally?

Was warned this place was slooow to get your order up. Went in a Wednesday and Saturday around 9 AM both times and time to get my order wasn't terrible. Drive thru had 3, 4 cars each time I pulled up. What I didn't like was 7-8 workers, busy doing work, and no one sees me standing there to order for a good two minutes? That's a little off-putting. Food was good - no complaints there. Always look for these shops when traveling, generally treated like I'm valued. Side note - place was very clean, good on display was very good.

I’m not sure the point of having an online order system if the store does not set the bagels you ordered aside. When we arrived to pick up our order placed days in advance, they were out of most flavors.

Me and my daughter love this place . We order our usual garden avocado bagel and cream cheese bagel enjoy our date together and get extra protein from bagels

I used to frequent here but no one behind the register was ever as lively as Angel. She read the room right and knew it was ok to joke with me and I love that! Please do whatever necessary to keep her on your team!

I ordered bagels online for pickup the next day. When I arrived they informed me they didn’t have any of the bagels I ordered left. They charge you at the time of purchase then don’t fulfill your order. Very disappointing.

We ordered from GrubHub, their lox bagel was so tasty. My wife said her breakfast bagel was delicious. We will be ordering from here again.

This Pflugerville Einsteins is the freshest bagels ALWAYS. I live in Georgetown but go out of my way to come to this store!! McKenna and Rey are the best
