This Pflugerville Einsteins is the freshest bagels ALWAYS. I live in Georgetown but go out of my way to come to this store!! McKenna and Rey are the best

I was stuck at the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. This isn’t the first time. I’ve been here 4 times and each time is just horrible. After 15 minutes of waiting, I’m told they dont have what I ordered. Not coming back. For the amount of time they take …their sandwiches are poorly made.

I’ve been hitting this place up since highschool maybe 2-3 years ago and never stopped even after graduating last year. The staff is the most professional yet friendly team I’ve ever met, not to mention quick!

I literally get the same thing every single time cause they’ve NEVER botched my order even once and it’s always as good as the last. And btw, this location is one of the last that serves the pretzel bagel (my fave)

The food and atmosphere itself were good and nice but the service was terrible some random dude that didn’t even end up paying nothing just straight up took my order he just came in the store sat down and waited till they called an order and as soon as they did he ran towards the cashier and took my order and straight up left and the employees didn’t even do nothing and once they gave me my food it was warm/lil cold and the bread was somewhat stale and it took 30 mins just for them to give me my Sandwich

A few days ago, I was looking around trying find a nice spot to grab some grub before I went into work, and I come across this establishment. A bagel sounded nice so I tried it out. I go in and I order myself a few bagels and a sandwich aswell obviously I wasn’t expecting much already because they are just bagels but let me just say that I was in for a suprise. I came across one HUGE PROBLEM with my bagel…..😠😠😠 IT WAS DELICIOUS! 😋🍽️🥯 I don’t know what you guys put in these bagels but they are so good!🤤🤤🤤 Props to whoever made mine🙌🎉 Im pretty sure it was this very sweet looking lady I saw in the back with super long braided hair. Props to her! You guys have an amazing establishment with some really great workers. Don’t worry because I WILL be coming back. So much you might even get sick of me LOL! 😂🤣 Jokes aside, Great experience!

Was alright but wasn't anything to write home about.

I did have to wait an excessive amount of time due a pushy patreon in front of me that insisted on taking a group take out order without a preorder. Staff got one small part of her large orders wrong and seemed to forgot I existed over when I just had a simple sandwich order that could be prepared very quickly by the staff. Not worth deducting a point, but it is a common situation the staff should take account when they become more experienced.

The avocado veg out was one of the best sandwiches I had. Their coffee is good.
