I am a very long time El Taquito in Pflugerville loyal customer. I visited their small older location down 685 for years prior to them opening this newer location. The service especially at the bar has become very poor. Every visit now seems to have multiple issues. Food comes out and we never have napkins or silverware never! When you order a drink it is always a wait now. I seem to have to always ask multiple times for something. It has become very disappointing each time we visit which is very often. i am not planning on going back which is sad.

The server didn't pay attention to our order. we asked for a small queso and he brought us a large one, then we told him what we wanted to eat and he got that wrong, all we ordered was 2 tacos for me and 3 for Larry and he couldn't get that right. when it came time to pay, it took 4 people to figure out how much change I was supposed to get back
