I fell in love with Five Guys chain the very first time a colleague introduced me to it. Lots of options for a great variety of condiments and the ubiquitous peanuts. When you enter any restaurant in the chain you know what you'll get, how it'll taste and it always makes me happy. Even now when I'm writing this I'm salivating and that's a good thing. It's not cheap, though.
Last time I was at Five Guys was probably in 2012 in a different state. Back then, it was really one of my favorite burgers and fries. Since then, I’ve had hundred of burgers and the competition is tough. So where do they stand now?

The burger… was actually pretty good! The meat was super tasty and the toppings were all fresh. The Cajun fries still slaps! The free peanuts are still there!

With that said, there’s no way it’s worth these...
If you've never been here, please understand that if you order up a burger (11.59 for their larger double fat paddy burger) (bout six or seven for single burger), you can freely order up any and all toppings...for example I ordered grilled onions, grilled mush and jalapenos, tomato lettucce A1 sauce and bbq sauce. All these extra toppings at no charge, load it up! the music was cranking loud 90s punk and grunge which i do appreciate. They give you a number and dont even take...
