Tried several appetizers and all were great. Tried two main dishes(steak dish, chicken dish)and they were also an enjoyable experience. Food presentation was excellent and server was also excellent. I recommend this Venezuelan restaurant to be tried at least once or twice.

The people and service at Fogonero are very nice. The food was exquisite, and it brought back memories from my childhood, which I hadn't experienced in a long time. My only complaint would be the prices. I understand that various factors such as the market, earnings, and competition play a role, but compared to similar Latin and Hispanic restaurants, Venezuelan food tends to be more expensive. Our main goal is to attract people from other nationalities to appreciate our culture, beliefs, and gastronomy. Despite the pricing, Fogonero is a fantastic place with excellent food and service. I would consider it one of the best spots in the area.

I have given the waitress the opportunity three times, the first time I came alone and ate an empanada, a juice and half a soup ALONE and when I paid I realized that she added a tip for a party of 6 people when I was alone, I passed it I am not against the tip I know that they earn like that, the second time she called and I ordered 4 empanadas to take away and I will see the payment $46 dollars she did not want to give me the receipt obviously I demanded it and oh surprise again the tip of a long party, The last time I ordered a soup and a juice and I came to pay $43 dollars oh surprise again the tip of a long table, I don't know if they didn't instruct it but the tipping law is not mandatory unless it is a large group, not me ALONE, I will take action because that is a crime. Take a good look at who you hire; it cannot be that a person ruins a good restaurant and then that becomes a legal problem later.

The food was honestly so nasty. I only had 2 bites and didn't get to eat lunch that day. It looked like a frozen Salisbury frozen TV dinner and it was just awful. The price was also outrageous for the quality. Never again. The waitress was super nice though.

The food was ok. The place is nice and they play good music. The service was careless and unattentive.
We ordered "empanadas de carne molida" and "Patacones de plátano maduro." The patacones were ordered with no onion, when they brought the order to our table it had onions and a hair in it!
On top of that, we ordered empanadas de carne molida, but they gave us empanadas de carne mechada instead. They were ok, but that's not what we ordered
When we notified the server he didn't seem to care and didn't offer any type of resolution nor service recovery.

Watch your bill! We ordered a drink that we never received, when I asked for the bill, it was still on there, so I asked for it to be removed. Then the waitress brought us the bill and it had tip included, we were a party of 2. But the waitress told us the tip was not included, but there was a 18% tip included on the bill and they were asking for an additional tip! Food was good, But service was very poor and it felt very Shady with what they were trying to charge us for. I don't know if we will return for this reason. It's a shame because i love this kind of food, and it's close to home.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THE PFLUGERVILLE HEADQUARTERS, I like to eat there, the food is good, but the service and attention decreased too much for approximately 3 to 4 months... I was a regular customer there, I liked to have dinner, lunch, breakfast on site... I was a day they were full ok it is understandable the stressed staff but they coordinated a little in the sense that they served me my food and when I finished eating they brought the drink, on election day in Venezuela FOGONERO was a concentration point for Venezuelans and they were full They were stressed again when I saw that some customers arrived and a girl in a wheelchair arrived when the Argentine waitress's words were "There is no room for her here" that's wrong, very wrong... Two weeks ago I came back at lunchtime and I sat down to wait to be served, I lasted exactly 17 minutes waiting to be served and I preferred to leave because neither the glass of water nor the menu was even placed out of courtesy... And today, ready, we ordered the perfect food and then when I go to pay, it lasted exactly 20 minutes for the girl She came over to bring me the bill (I SAID I'M GOING TO LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING TO SEE IF THEY'LL BE CAREFUL) ok when I'm paying the girl makes a bad face since I didn't leave her any tips (which I always leave 22%) she makes a bad face and I said to myself with total arrogance YOU WANT THE RECEIPT….. When they are full they go into Collapse and give bad service to the customers….. PFLUGERVILLE STOKER I recommended it before now Honestly it does NOT work I will come back and repeat the spectacular food but the attention when they are full TERRIBLE

Great food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Food is flavorful and delicious. Garlic sauce is amazing. Lime and passion fruit frozen margaritas are soooo good. Like sooo good. Be patient, usually only 1 server. But always good service.
