DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! I ordered an ultimate pepperoni pizza from their app at a discount of $11.99 with their coupon. There is no description of this pizza and there is no way to alter or leave any notes. My family is cheese sensitive. Normal cheese on a pizza is not a problem, but when I picked up this pizza it was completely covered in Parmesan. So much so that the entire pizza could not be salvaged after 20 minutes of scraping it off. While I was there I asked for them to remake the pizza or to go get a manager. The employee said the best they could do was charge me full price. I came home I calmed down. I called and spoke to Tiana who said she was the manager who could help me. After explaining the situation, she confirmed that there is no description of the pizza on the website but it is on their Cook's description so she could give me half price my next order. I told her this would not work. I had children to feed. I asked to please make a pepperoni pizza and send it to my house which is 1.2 mi away. I have already paid. I had already been to the restaurant I had already offered to wait while a new pizza was being made. All of this I was denied as well as being denied a manager in person. Tiana went to get the general manager who refused to give me her name. Started screaming at me. She will not give me a pizza on the house and there is nothing they can do. When I again asked what her name was. Not what her solution to my problem was she then hung up on me.

Adding tips in without asking is illegal. I understand it is memorial day weekend, but you need to ask customers about tips. There wasn’t an option on the payment pad when I did my Apple Pay and as I’m going through my charges for the day, there are extra charges for my pizzas at your location. I ordered today I would like a manager. I just called and spoke to the young lady that helped me earlier and they did not seem to care. I have the email receipt from when I ordered online for pick up and my bank statement shows different.

I've been to this Mr. Gattis many times but tonight, whomever was making my pizza at about 5:30 today made it with love. Pure love. The ingredients were perfect. The crust was perfect. Don't let that person go. Pure love. That's exactly my kind of pizza.
