The cleanliness could be improved, as some tables were not bused and the floor was dirty during one visit. Recently, the service has improved with prompt seating and quick delivery of meals. The eggs were cooked just as ordered, and the bacon was perfect—not too raw or burnt. The pancakes were buttery, fluffy, and delicious, to the point that syrup was unnecessary. The coffee was also good. The young man working during a visit handled everything alone—bussing tables, taking orders, and seating guests—with great service and friendliness, earning recognition for his effort. IHOP now offers a special diet option that includes eggs (whites only), plant-based sausage, protein pancakes, and sugar-free syrup, which is helpful for those with dietary restrictions. Parking remains convenient, with plenty of options nearby, though the heavy entry doors may be challenging for wheelchair users. Overall, IHOP provides a satisfying dining experience with hot, good food and attentive service.
