This location is EXTREMELY well run. The staff is over the top courteous, the location is clean, clean, clean and the food quality is outstanding. My hats off to whoever leads the location and to the team that manages it. A job VERY WELL DONE!

I come here for the quality. The time is a little after 8pm, march 13th. Fries were dry, mealy and bitter. Burger bun was soaked in grease (literally dripping when I squeezed the bun) and they only put on a skimpworthy amount of lettuce. I saw too many sweaty unchanged gloves and dirty workstations.
Please please please educate your staff on the importance of quality control, I live in and out, it’s my favorite burger when it’s done properly.
Update: the remake wasn’t better. That was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Bad enough to not make me come back. I feel like the employees messed with me out of pettiness.

Last night we went through the drive through. To our dismay, there was a young gentleman standing outside in 46° weather taking orders. He did not have an outdoor heater or anything to block him from the elements. It was also windy out. I could not believe that the management would require an employee to stand out there. Treat your employees better!
