I was trying to place an online order through the app for the discounted price and it kept returning my payment. I went inside and asked the cashier why and he just said “ I don’t know” and I said can you apply the discounts here. And he said “no, I don’t know.” How do you not know you work here? So I asked for the manager and he said “I don’t know where they are” and at that point I was done. Terrible service. Not coming back here.

Worst chicken ever. I've ever had an issue with the cluck chicken sandwich before. But today I was served a dry, thin piece of twice fried chicken. It was terrible. And im out 16 bucks because they didnt give me a receipt.

Food is alright ig, but for some reason this location isn’t grasping that they work at a FAST-Food restaurant. They park every car even when you’re the only car in line or even if you only ordered one taco they will make you park and wait more than you’re ever supposed to for some damn fast food. Go anywhere else, you’ll probably get your Amazon package before you get your order from this place.
Food was hot. Prepared correctly and they were most gracious to correct an error. Will return.

I was initial pessmistic about having my crew stop here but I had a pretty good lunch. Was surprised at how much food i was given and it tasted alright. Staff was friendly enough and the place was clean and quiet.

Extremely loud staff echoing into the empty dining area. The cackler eventually left, and peace was restored. I had ordered 2 of the 2 for $1.79 tacos. I got 2 tacos. I had to go back for another order. The cashier was a limited English speaker, but his real problem was the din of noise from the crew. My biggest complaint is $3.49 for a small drink. The soda was more than the food. The cashier gave me one (1) senior discount (a big 50 cents) for what obviously was an order for 2 people. We used to love Jack in the Box, but the inflated soda price wi keep us away.
