I've always ate here! Even for Thanksgiving! And been very satisfied! But the Smash burger I had here on 2/20 for lunch was by far the worst ever. Not even hot! So disappointed. Food is too expensive to receive this kind of quality!!! Please show more care when serving to your customers!

I Ordered the chicken munchie meal. Granted it was late but once I got home and opened my meal I gotta say disappointment doesn't even describe how horrible you all let me down. Old tacos old bread dry chicken I ordered half fries and didn't even get any curly fries just a bunch of food that looked like it was days old. I paid in full I wasn't rude I waited for my food I was nice and patient. So why did your employees feel like I deserved poor service and old food? I don't understand.

I ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger, Large Jalapeno Poppers & Large Drink..

The machine in lobby ice didn't work, I gave it to the guy behind counter to get ice and he put just enough ice where it barely covered the bottom.

They charged me for and gave me a Jumbo Jack With Cheese instead of the Jr. Cheese Burger.
So it was more than it was supposed to have been.
Lobby was dirty and while stack of kids was on the floor, multiple countertops covered in drink and sticky.

Burger and Poppers were ok.

They just need to do better on paying attention to order, customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Me and my family travel to Pflugerville from Florida for Thanksgiving week . I always wanted to visit a Jack in the Box restaurant so we decided to come to this location. The place was emptied and there an employee on the phone by the drive thru window. We stood in front of the register for 5 minutes and once he hanged the phone he left to the kitchen saying nothing to us. Another employee passed through us and went over to take orders on the drive thru. After another 5 minutes I asked the employee who was going to take out order and with a nasty attitude she replied, just hold on. We walked away very disappointed at this food restaurant because I was really looking forward to try Jack in the Box but it was ruined by some unprofessional employees that need to be train correctly.

So I get it, it’s Jack-in-the-Box, I don’t have high standards here. The thing that killed me, was there was nobody in the drive-through, and I had been waiting a few minutes, which honestly I hadn’t thought anything about. Well then after a few minutes one of the teens comes over and asks me to back my vehicle up, so I do, despite that being the weirdest thing any employee has asked me to do in a drive through, and after he tells me to pull back up to the window he said that he needed me to reset the timer. I couldn’t believe it! Anyway, I still love ultimate cheeseburgers.

I used to like this particular drive thru much more than I do currently which sparked my review in 11/2024. I respect the evening crew for being so friendly and for getting our order/sandwich details correct- we always have customer orders to make and the burgers are cooked well and the beef & chicken sandwiches are delicious. However items like fries, tacos, and our favorite churros have been awfully over cooked (with a funny smell) and mostly inedible our last three orders and it’s becoming a trend on weekday evenings between 5-7 pm. We got a few bad orders in 9/2024-11/2024 and we were hoping it was just a few hiccups but began noticing it was always weekday evenings. I hope this review just helps the management notice things (I have called the 1-800 number and haven’t noticed changes) and I’ll be happy to update this review if we see changes :)

As a big family- We love the large variety menu at Jack n the box- everyone can find something to eat! Our kid likes their nuggets but they have been terrible. Even the tacos have been a bust :( which is always a dependable way ten. The only fried item that has been good is the egg rolls.
We are hoping to see some changes as we love the service and friendly faces here

My family and I stopped by this Jack in the Box location around 4:15 PM and spent about 5 minutes deciding what we wanted to order before proceeding to the ordering area. After reconfirming our orders, we waited for approximately an additional 5 minutes. During this time, we didn't hear any greeting or acknowledgment, so I pulled up to the cashier's window and observed that there was no one in the kitchen. After sitting there for a few seconds, I decided to drive away. With the exception of one person eating inside the dining area, the place appeared to be completely empty.

I’m not sure how this place is supposed to make money but this lack of service was extremely disappointing. I rarely eat at Jack in the Box, this didn’t help.
