was literally my favorite place to order dinner from until they decided to ātoastā everythingā¦ literally every sub in the bagā¦ mine was burnt and it was gross i donāt prefer that flavor and i donāt get why theyāre taking extra steps when i didnāt ask for anything toasted?? gross and annoying

The food was great. I didnāt really talk to much to the employees because I ordered online, but when I walked in they all looked at me kind of weird. All but one guy. I donāt know I felt like they were mad I was there. But at least the food was great lol.

Order was wrong. When manager delivered the corrected order he was rude, not well groomed either. My Staff members said their sandwiches didnāt taste good so we ended up throwing them out and getting Jersey Mikeās!!!! Way better service and treatment

Iām a dasher I was patiently waiting for the door dash order when I arrived the order wasnāt ready not a big deal they guy tells me to wait . Iām patiently after 8 minutes the whole restaurant is all cleared out Iām still waiting so I asked whereās the order . The guy gets an attitude says what order ?? So Iāll tell him again the order had just been sitting there so heavy set woman starts yelling at me confirm your order which I did . Mind you Iām already late delivering this dash order . She come runs out behind me takes a picture of my car and yells Iām reporting. Very unprofessional and not a safe environment be aware!!!

My first time going to a Jimmy Johnās and Iāll never return. Teenage girl staff reminded me of mean girlsā¦ Manager remind me of a teenage boy that was scared to death of his own shadow. Why prompt for a tip on a walk-in/carryout order? Why have NO option not to tip other than manually enter a tip of zero. I like y'all's food, but not feeling the guilt tipping. What about the 5 minutes and $20 dollars I spent here warranted an extra tip... Before you actually provide any service other than taking the order?

I have never seen customer service like this at a fast food place let alone any jimmy johns I've ever been to (been a customer since 2013). I waited an hour for my delivery order and it still hadn't arrived. Since it had been taking much longer than usual, I called the store and they said they would check on it but they actually just hung up on me. I immediately called the store again and said they didn't have the order here, so it must be coming. I called 15 minutes later since it still hadn't arrived so I could cancel my order. The person on the phone simply said, "I have that down for you" in a very rude tone and hung up immediately. I don't think they actually helped cancel my order.
