Parking sucks. First time at this location. First time i tried it was years ago when it was inside Spinners, and it was great. This time crab legs were small not like the pictures. Otherwise food was good. Place is loud, like way too loud. Like is it a club or restaurant🤷🏽♀️

So we get out food and anytime we asked for something simple like gloves or something to crack open the carb legs with we got ignored several times idk how when the place was practically empty as hell the cashier and bartender argued the whole time we were there I asked for a drink menu and was rudely told we dont have one just tell the bartender what you drink and she'll make it the way they were arguing I didn't wanna take a chance with my drink my food was just seafood and flavored oil no type of seasoning at all

Food was great we are around 5:30 pm on a Saturday and got a seaside platter filled up a family of 3 the got tools as well make sure to ask about them. Bartender lady was awesome as well.

Food was floating and I absolutely mean floating in margarine. I got the Crab and Shrimp platter. The lady taking the order could care less if I was a regular or newcomer to the franchise. No information was given, I told her I had never eaten there before so what was the most ordered meal. She told me crab and shrimp combo. . That’s what I got ‘non-spicy’. I then asked if a drink came with it she said, no at a charge of $20. Then a coke was added. The food was delivered absolutely floating in margarine! I was shocked, because in the United States for 2025 heart disease is the #1 killer among Americans! It could have been such a healthy meal otherwise. The young lady at the register was just not helpful at all. The atmosphere was dirty, my table I cleaned. yourself, I pulled out my chair and the cracked cushioning was very uncomfortable! It was a very uninviting environment. So very disappointing!
