Malone Specialty Coffee

A little mobile coffee shop near HEB. I have never been or tried this coffee before because I can only stand for so much Starbucks. Unfortunately, I did asked if they had any vegan foods which I did not see on the menu but they said no which was not a big deal. They did have different dairy-free milks which was nice and good. I did try a coffee which was called Austin Dream that they recommended and it was good and not too sweet. It did cost $6.75 which is a lot for a coffee but I guess that's how much coffee costs nowadays. They do have a brick and mortar store which I plan to go to someday. Also they do not accept cash, just cards. All in all not a bad coffee place.

This place used to be awesome. I was always excited to get a nice latte.
That said...the past 3 times (over 6 months) have been terrible. Almost like they are using coffee mixed with espresso and the flavoring is all over the place.
Yall should really get back to the basics. Maybe spend a few more minutes training the barrista??

I should note the girl helping me was polite and I tipped as usual. The Instant Karma latte was just BAD.

My coffee tasted better than most of the other chains. Beyond that, THEY ARE CASHLESS. I do not support a cashless society.

Great spot to stop by for a coffee. I highly recommend the Southside caramel ☕.

I loved sitting outside on their tables, hanging w my dog, and drinking a cold latte. Awesome spot!

Ordered 3 coffees only received 2. Took forever to fill order. Morning of 3/2/2024. Usually coffee here tastes great. Not today. Horrible.

Both their coffee (wasn’t sweet at all for a mocha) and croissant sandwiches were not very good. There are better options for breakfast nearby!

Said it before and I'll say it again. If you're a food truck / not a walk in location you need to put it in your title. Malone's Specialty Coffee TRUCK, for example. Wasted a drive to not be at a location where I can go inside.

Normally LOVE the coffee shop location that is an 8 minute detour from here, so I gave this spot a try since I was already at the HEB. Sadly, the quality and timeliness of my coffee order didn’t live up to that of the brick and mortar location this time around.
