This is an awesome food truck and I definitely recommend it. This is one of Pflugerville's best spots. The birria is bomb. I would also get the consome as it it's absolutely amazing. The food truck has some seating, 2 tables but mos people get the food to go. Aim to be there at around opening time to avoid long lines because this place is popping.

Oh my goodness! I drive an expedite delivery truck all over the US and I am not lying when I say the birria tacos from this place are hands down the absolute best I have ever had! The shells are nice and crunchy, and the seasoning of the meat is amazing. This is definitely my new go-to taco spot when I come through the Austin, TX area. I got the taco pack and a couple of egg rolls first. They were soo good that I had to get the duo-pack for later.

I promise I drunk the cup in 1 minute! She gave it to me and came back to ask how it was and I had 1 sip left!!! I definitely recommend!! I don't even want to tell anyone about it but I know I have too?

They are Respectful, they ALWAYS go the EXTRA MILE 4 customers and most importantly they are "A FAMILIA", A family doing all they can do to make their DREAMS become REALITY!
