To start off with I'm a frequent visitor to this location, but not after tonight. I will be going to the one in Hutto now. Some lady came inside from the drive through to get her order fixed because the drive through had messed it up. Now, I work at a fast food restaurant and when we mess up an order we replace it and come up with an opportunity to make their experience better after the mistake that's been made.
