I ordered food from McDonald's app. My food was never delivered. I payed roughly 100 dollars for a family of 7. I called McDonald's and a female answered with the worst attitude in the world. So embarrassed and discussed with toxic attitude management has in this location. If that's what McDonald's considers manager? Worse place to eat in Texas! I asked what ever happened to my order? She said ' I don't know '.Great Job management!

If you want to make a bad day even worse for yourself go here. I was just trying to get breakfast this morning I’ve been sick all week but I have to work which is fine. I just wanted something to eat at least. But instead I was berated endlessly by the employees by trying to correct the meal they made wrong. I ordered the $5 sausage McGriddle meal but they didn’t even include the burrito and my drink size was wrong. They tried gaslighting me when I could easily pull up the app to show them it was wrong. I was respectful the entire time, but they were so mean and refused to fix the order even though it was so simple.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever went to in my life. Absolutely worst service and horrible stale food. Do not eat here. I do not recommend. This place needs new management!

Loved the atmosphere in there cool how it kinda looks like a maze in there. Restaurant was neat a d tidy, the workers had great hospitality, my food was warm and not cold just the way I like it, So overall I rate y'all a 10+.

I had the weirdest situation ever in the history of fast food. I get to the drive through order screen and place my order. I drove up to the window and I guess the kid hadn't finished typing in everything which was two hamburgers and a medium coke. I go to pay and there is a young lady standing there to take my card. There is a tall black kid standing there telling her that I am rude. I asked why he felt I was rude and he came up with this long diatribe about waiting for me to finish my order. I drove to the next window where he followed me and pushed the lady at the window out of the way to continue the argument. He then proceeds to hand me my coke sideways hoping I would grab it which I did not. He pulled it back in the window and then handed me a different soda. He then threw my food out of the window into my car. This kid was either flexing for the girls he was working with or he was having the worst day ever. I couldn't believe it. My son who was sitting in the passenger seat took a video of everything that transpired. I called the restaurant to leave a voicemail for the general manager to call me. She was the person who answered the phone. I was stunned that the General Manager was present inside the restaurant allowing this type of behavior to occur. She made no apologies and said, my employee told me you were rude and then she hung up on me. This is the worst McDonalds ever. I will upload the video after my son resizes it and texts it to me. Had he spilled that glass of soda on me, I would have called the police and filed a report. I would also be contacting an attorney.

This location almost never gets your order correct on the first go. Always check that you got all the items you ordered and that your burgers are made correctly before pulling away because they forget something Everytime!

Stopped in the Pflugerville fm 685 store after a movie with the grandkids their choice because Grandpa is not a fan of McDonald's.The grandkids enjoyed though and that's what mattered that night.After their happy meal and a vanilla cone they enjoyed the playscape for a bit

I never give reviews but today it was so awful. 3 times I did not get what I asked for a simple Big Mac with no bun extra pickles and sauce it took them 3 tries for it to still be wrong and my patience gone after 30 minutes. I live 4 minutes from here to is the upsetting part now il have to drive further just for a order smh
