Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This ice cream shop is absolutely amazing! The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor. They have a wide variety of unique options along with the classic favorites, and everything tastes super fresh. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and patient when helping you choose. The shop itself is clean and has a cozy atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat. Definitely my go-to place whenever I’m craving ice cream! Highly recommended. 🍦✨

Good variety of toppings, adequate yogurt flavor options, and a super nice staff.

The taller lady that works here (she wears no name tag, I have zero other way of identifying her other way) is so rude. This is the second interaction my husband has had with her -07/06. She got upset because he didn’t tip her and then her behavior changed when he reached for a spoon, she told him to not touch the spoons. Is this behavior acceptable? This is the second negative interaction we have had with her. We go here for our special needs child every Sunday and are now going to refrain because of this lady. She is as rude as it gets.

Response and update:

No, she would not hand him a spoon after he refused her a tip (for being rude) the last time he was in here….so he was going to just walk out of there with none? Also, I go in here and grab spoons when I pay. They do not offer to hand me one. That’s just more clarification as this is angering. I’ve gone in myself and have had the same experience.

Good but a bit expensive serve it yourself yogurt stop. Staff was on point and the place was clean during our visit after work.

The worst place to eat frozen yogurt!!! I was craving frozen yogurt and just leaving so disappointed because the flavors are very limited, the toppings are poor and not fresh. Just a bad place, do it better please!

Just found this place and love it! My son absolutely loves it as well! Get the cake batter!

Love the place but why ask for a tip when I make everything myself? I'd avoid here and go somewhere else even though I live down the street.

Staff is friendly, but I’ve never wanted to take a Clorox wipe to a bathroom so bad. The door needs to be wiped down. A good mopping and there was no toilet paper. When I told the employee she just said she text her boss and was waiting for a response-so I feel bad I’m sure they’re having to deal with that. Overall the place needs a good wipe down. I understand if you’re short staffed—but just my review. We like the place, just hope we came on a bad day I guess.

Went yesterday, yogurt flavors were alright I guess. I'm used to other frozen yogurt places having way more flavors to choose from. They do have lots of toppings though from candy to fresh fruit. My problem is they didn't have change. My fault for paying with a $100 bill, never been a problem anywhere else. Lady said they don't take big bills but would make an exception which I was happy about. Gave me my change (I forgot to count it). This morning, as I was taking the change out of my clothes getting ready to wash them, turns out I was $20 short. I don't think we will be going back since there's just other places I've enjoyed a whole lot more.

DAIRY FREE OATMILK YOGURT!!!!! I was so happy to see more dairy free options! Thank you, please never take away the vegan oatmilk yogurt. Also, the staff was friendly, the facility was clean and there was no wait time. I highly recommend this Menchies.

It was late at night, but the chairs were all very dirty and tables sticky. The yogurt was fine, but the cashiers/employees seemed kind of absent and busy talking to each other.
