No chicken, no romana lettuce, station dirty, doors glasses dirty, only one person doing everything, tables all dirty, guys with long hair and no protection. Horrible!

I've been to numerous Mod Pizza places which I've enjoyed greatly, but I won't be back to this one. It took forever to get through the process. Fortunately, I got the girl that seemed to make her's with some love instead of the slow poke guy next to her that didn't seem to give a darn. I've never seen anyone move so slow. His pizzas were clear disasters. Sadly, mine was the thickest, thin slice pizza I've ever had. The girl in charge of putting it in the oven seemed to do a good job. Then my pizza lands on the guy that boxes the pizza up. I looked over the counter looking to see if mine was possibly anywhere close to getting through the process and found it was just sitting there laying on the counter waiting to be boxed while this guy is working on anything and everything other than boxing pizzas. Thanks for the thick supposed thin slice pizza that was almost ice cold. There's no way I will ever come back to this location. It might be time to fire the manager because clearly, he's not managing this place well.

This is what they consider "extra cheese" you can see the dough through the pizza sauce on a few of the slices. I ALWAYS HAVE TO ORDER EXTRA CHEESE CAUSE THEY FREAKING RATION IT OR SOMETHING. It's ridiculous. MAKE MY FOOD HOW I ORDER IT! Nothing better than getting it to go and getting to eat cold pizza with hardly any cheese on it. That's half the reason people like pizza!

Very bad pizza. No tomato sauce on pizza at all. Always leave something out of my order. Drinks ect. Quality has taken a hard dive. Do NOT recommend.

This is the BEST Mod pizza I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Alexa is my all time favorite person and is the sole reason I go out of my way to this location. Didia the manager is so cool and friendly. The whole store is a vibe. The food was amazing and slapped so hard I went home and fell into a coma. 10/10 highly recommend.

Omg, this place used to be good and pizza was done at a relatively decent time. We were in line for over 25 minutes and they were taking the same order. I also observed the oven handling employee not wearing gloves. Just not sure I will be back to this uis location.
