Absolutely flavorless despite how many toppings I had on the pizza and also only a thought of pizza sauce was put on it Only 2 of the 3 people there are competent, so the refund quick and friendly.

Food was amazing and delicious. The service could not be much worse. Both the staff members were rude and impatient. Apart from that, they also threw away the bill in dustbin without asking if I wanted it, how would I be sure I was charged appropriately.

I went to the MOD Pizza location in Pflugerville on Limestone with my wife for the first time in December 2025. The staff were very patient in explaining to us on the menu and helping us decide what to add. Neither my wife and I ever had that build-your-own pizza experience. We were really impress with this way of making pizza. But what keeps us coming back is the superfriendly diverse staff. We have been back a few times since and they always remember us and we have even exchanged names and such. Highly recommend the Pflugerville location!

The service here is horribly slow. Nobody knows how to multitask or hustle when the line backs up out the door. It has been this way almost every time. Most employees work like it is their first day. The manager should be here during busy times.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a MOD Pizza location. From start to finish, everything about this visit was disappointing. The pizza itself was so hard that we could barely eat it, which completely defeats the purpose of going out for fresh, made‑to‑order pizza. What made it even worse was the wait time. I was the only customer in the store, yet it still took over 20 minutes for my food to come out. Considering that MOD pizzas typically cook in about 5 minutes, this delay was unreasonable and showed a lack of efficiency.

The two employees working behind the counter moved at an extremely slow pace, and the toppings were sparse to the point of being laughable. It honestly seemed like one of them was afraid to put toppings on the pizza, which left us with a bland and unsatisfying meal. On top of that, the manager was sitting in the corner eating Chick‑fil‑A instead of supervising or helping the team. That kind of behavior sends a clear message that management doesn’t care about the customer experience or the quality of the food being served.

Between the poor food quality, the excessive wait time, the lack of effort from the staff, and the manager’s unprofessional behavior, this visit was a complete disappointment. We’ve been to other MOD Pizza locations and never had an experience this bad, so it’s clear that the problem lies with this particular store. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location, as it does not live up to the standards that MOD Pizza is supposed to represent.

Pizza was half baked and soggy. Restaurant wasn’t even crowded. And cherry on top, they can’t even cut it right!
I live near be so I go here often but I would say my experience has been good 2-3 times out of 10.
Train you staff to be professional!

Terrible pizza Might as well purchased a frozen pizza . The dough wasn’t cook well. I took it home I live 5 min from the place. Pizza was cold then I ate it found out they didn’t cook well the dough . After I ate it my stomach start to hurt .. it was the worst place I have ever eaten .. maybe the guy use his hand without gloves . They look dirty they should wear a hairnet for their black beard . Do disappointed!

Terrible service. The worker guy with long blonde curly hair was yawning 1000 times, touching his hair, popping his neck and seriously took 10 minutes to put cheese and pepperoni on a pizza.
