Wow, this place has gone downhill. Went to eat and the whole place smelled like chemicals, checked the women’s bathroom and the toilet was clogged and disgusting, and the man who helped me was not friendly whatsoever. Disregarding all of that, their fountain drink machine was broken, and the food itself was very subpar. Do not come here expecting good Vietnamese food nor a good overall atmosphere. This is the last time I will be eating here.

Food is great but y’all really need to update your business hours on Google. It’s frustrating as a pregnant woman to get all the way to the store and you’re closed. It happens all the time. Tiles are not consistent.

The place can't be easily spotted from the road. It is situated on the side of the strip mall, rendering it hidden

Walk up to order, pick your base, pick your grilled protein, pick veggie toppings, pick sides (extra), and pick your sauce. The machine that dispenses fountain soda was not operational. One can order free iced-tap water instead.

Plenty of parking available. Went in to eat at 12:15pm and the place was deserted - two came in for take out over a span of 20 minutes.

Base options - banh mi, vermicelli, rice, half-half, taco, or mini bowl
Protein - chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, tofu
Extras (additional cost) - egg, egg roll, spring roll
Toppings - peanuts, fried onions, cucumber, cilantro, etc
Sauce - regular, mild, spicy varieties
Drinks (additional cost)

We ordered two bahn mi sandwiches and a rice bowl. The sandwiches were good, but my son's rice bowl had 4 hairs in it. We also got tap water with ice and there was a strong chemical taste in it that also burned my tongue. We won't be coming back. This place has really gone downhill.

I like their half zoodle & half vermicelli bowls during the summer when all I want is a salad with a little bit of protein. Can be pricey but portions are large, shareable. Only wish they had fresh mint.

I had Tofu Banh Mi. It’s not bad.Was curious to how the flat bread tastes like, it’s tastes good. Between the plain flat bread and the banh mi, I enjoy the flat bread more.

Off the bat it looks nice inside and out ,but it's all build your own like chipotle grill, but I do like the freshness of the greens , ultimately what stopped me from giving it 5 stars was the tofu , feel like it could've been seasoned more or at least marinaded, to at least give it some type of flavor.

We've ordered from this restaurant through GrubHub several times a month. The quality was starting to concern us several months ago. We ordered chicken vermicelli a couple days ago and that will be the last order we will be placing. Not sure what meat was, but it did not look or taste like chicken. It gave us both indigestion, the craps, and horrendous gas. Giving them 3-stars. Hope they improve, but doubt that we'll be back.

Food has gone downhill from many yrs ago. I ordered vermicelli today and the noodle was hard like it was old noodles from previous days. The cucumber is sour. Last month the chicken was so dry like old old food. Obviously you're serving food from previous days. ?

To echo the experience of many others: Takeout order wasn't started until after I arrived, despite no other customers. Food that was supposed to be hot was lukewarm and just not tasty, probably given it's just been sitting out/in warmers for hours.

One of my fav Vietnamese restaurants to go to in Austin. I can't believe I never reviewed them before. Their specialty is Banh Mi sandwichs and vermicelli bowls. I think what makes them special is that they are always consistent in their quality, and they have a nice variety of sauces that are not Vietnamese. I have not been in the area for a while, so it's great to know the food still tastes great. I actually tried a different item from their menu, the Viet Taco. Oh man, it was messy but delicious bc he piled the toppings on. I got the pork taco and it did not disappoint. You taste the freshness of the ingredients along with the Viet flavors encompassed by a buttery chewy tortilla, man it hit the spot for me. Bc it was so packed, I thought the tortilla was gonna break on me but it didn't. The customer service is great, and the prices are decent, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
