They don’t sell soup until 1030. What the actual frosting is this????? I’m sick so this just adds salt to the wound.

We went through the drive thru and I ordered chicken noodle soup. Later I find out it’s broccoli cheddar. I was very disappointed

Please give extra kudos to Miloo(sp?). She greets everyone with a smile. I saw her from a far when I first started going there and how she seemed like she was great friends with a couple people, but come to find out that is how she is with everyone and goes above and beyond. Please see how it is to be treated like someone just going to get your coffee.

The small french bread side with the Bistro onion soup has lately been the very hard end of the loaf for about the last 6 months or more. Stale & like a rock.

Consistent bad experiences at this location! Recently I placed an order. When I drove up to the window, one employee was working and chatting with another employee scrolling on her phone. She only made half my order. I explained I was in a hurry due to a family emergency and she just kept nonchalantly ringing up my order and slowly taking payment. I will not return to this location.

I love this particular Panera. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy one young man named Charles. I don't know his last name, I just can tell he's a hard worker and always pleasant and polite. This location has a really nice, laid back vibe to it. good place to hang out and have some good food while relaxing with friends.

I think the way you sprinkle sugar syrup on the order is unique. It's an interesting way I haven't seen it before.

Dude. Second time in a row I have ordered from here for delivery. And both times they always forget the chips. So annoying, as my son really looks forward to those. And it's not just one chips, there's like three per order and they forget all of them.

My chicken caesar salad was gross. The lettuce was soggy, full of hearts, and tasted sour. THEN when we left there was a HUGE RAT that walked across the patio 🤢 Panera is too expensive for this.

Drive through. Placed order, got home missing a large tomato soup. Called the facility. Was told manager would call back and refund me. Never got a refund, never got a call back. If you don’t go i to the restaurant you don’t get your order correctly.

Chicken noodle soup for my favorite meal. It was delicious 😋. And chicken wild rice soup too. The new drink is uploaded. I'm not testing but it's looks like colorful 😍. Next ill go and try the drink. After that ill tell you.
